Shaanxi Province is famous for the Terra Cotta Warriors found outside the capital city of Xi’An, but also famous for its many varieties of noodles. Chef Cara will be preparing several types of noodle dishes as well as Rou Jia Mo (the Chinese version of a hamburger) and a marinated celtuce (also known as asparagus leaf – it’s delicious!) salad.

Our first weekly dumpling brunch! From 11am to 3pm every Sunday, there will be a special brunch menu at Bao Bao featuring soup dumplings, deep fried Grandma Tang’s pork buns and open faced brunch buns. The regular menu will be available from 3pm until close, reservations are accepted only for parties of eight or more.

The Yunnan dinner will feature fried goat cheese (the goats are finally milking!) as well as a traditional eggplant and tomato dish. Further details, including a menu, will be posted in the next couple weeks.
