This original 19__ cottage has been extended, modernised and newly refurbished. It is fully double-glazed, and has gas central heating throughout, making it a comfortable place to stay whatever the weather!
Downstairs
The downstairs area is open-plan, with a spacious living area with Sky TV, a small dining area, and a well-equipped and new galley-style kitchen, with utilities including an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing-machine. There is a telephone (incoming calls only), and good mobile reception.
Upstairs
On the first floor there are three bedrooms offering bedspace for up to six people, a separate bathroom/toilet, and access to the upstairs patio area. All bedrooms have their own TV/DVD player.
Bedroom 1 has a double-bed and an ensuite shower/toilet.
Bedroom 2 has a double-bed
Bedroom 3 has a set of bunk-beds
Outside
To the rear of the premises, there is a large decked area complete with table and chairs.
