Cookies-N-Creme Cookies

 

THE DIRECTION

 

   1. In -blender large bowl with an electric mixer, beat butter and sugars until fluffy in texture.
   2. Add in eggs and vanilla and mix until combined.
   3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt.
   4. Gradually add the flour mixture into the butter mixture and mix until just combined. and chopped             cookie pieces until evenly incorporated.
   6. Cover cookie dough and refrigerate for 2 hours.
   7. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
   8. Use a medium cookie scoop (about 1-1/2 tablespoons) to scoop dough onto the prepared cookie                 sheets.
   9. Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes. Allow cookies to cook on pan for about 5 minutes before           transferring them to a cooling rack to cook completely.

    * 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
    * 2/3 cup granulated sugar
    * 1 cup packed light brown sugar
    * 2 eggs
    * 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    * 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    * 1 teaspoon baking soda
    * 1/4 teaspoon salt
    * 10 chocolate sandwich cookies, chopped
