About Spencer
Spencer Richard was born in 1962 in Hoernerstown, PA. At the age of 5 he fell in love with his first bike and has never looked back since. He begane a professional cyclist in his mid teens and continued a successful career until he was diagnosed with early onset Rheumatoid Arthritis. Even so, his love for the bicycle didn't abate and he started learning the craft of bicycle fabrication under the tutelage of Dario Pegoretti. He settled down with his wife in Boulder, Colorado in 1987 and started his business the next year. You can find Spencer most weekends riding on one of his custom bikes through the mountains of colorado.
