We travelled west to British Columbia and Yukon during the winter of 2006-2007 returning to Ville de Gaspe in April. Greatly surprised to find a late spring and 2 metres of snow on the ground. We moved aboard and launched in late May. Setting off on June 15, 2007 we went first to Isle de Madeleine then on to Prince Edward Island and Cape Breton Island. Leaving Cape Breton Island on July 1, 2007 we made a slow passage or 23 days to Lajes das Flores in the Aores islands of Portugal. We cruised the islands of the Aores, including Flores, Faial, Pico, Sao Jorge and finally Terceira where we are staying in the Marina da Praia da Vitoria. Here are some pictures of our travels. From April to September 2006, we brought our new "Easy Go" from Port Stanley to the Ville de Gaspe, where we left her for the winter, after a very cold and windy August. Down the St. Lawrence |
