Hillary's general personality, Larry Gleghorn, a former state trooper, said: "She

mansion of the Arkansas's governor's mansion, according to state trooper Larry
Patterson.
"Personal, trained pigs."
Gary Aldrich reported that as America's First Lady, "[Hillary] had a clear dislike for
the agents (U.S. Secret Service), bordering on hatred… Two Secret Service
agents heard Hillary's daughter Chelsea refer to them as 'personal, trained pigs' …
The agent on the detail tried to scold Chelsea for such disrespect. He told her …
he believed that her father, the president, would be shocked if he heard what she
had just said to her friends. Chelsea's response? 'I don't think so. That's what my
parents call you' " (Unlimited Access, p. 90).
"If you want to remain on this detail, get your f*cking ass over here and grab those
bags."
Hillary gave this order to a Secret Service agent who wanted to keep his hands
free in case of an incident (as he was trained and supposed to do) and who,
therefore, was hesitant to carry her bags. According to countless witnesses over
many years, this kind of demanding and demeaning behavior was and still is
common for Hillary Rodham Clinton. In fact, Chris Mathews-a left-leaning news
commentator who is often an apologist for Democrats-said years later that he
had seen Senator Hillary Clinton using a Secret Service agent to carry her bags
on the Washington to New York shuttle. "Who in the Senate gets a sherpa to
carry their bags for them? Who pays the airfare for this guy? Who pays for his
life-style? Who pays his salary to walk around carrying her bags? This looks

Speaking to a hungry, homeless man in New York City on election day
(Newsmax.com, 12/07/99). The homeless man had asked Mrs. Clinton to
purchase something from him, so he could get something to eat.
"Well, good for you."
Hillary's response to another homeless man when he tells her, "I'm homeless,"
while she was campaigning in New York City. After inquiring of his voting status,
Hillary promptly left (Hannity & Colmes, 08/16/02).

MANCHESTER, N.H. - Dick Bennett has been polling New Hampshire voters for
30 years. And he's never seen anything like it.
"Lying b**** . . . shrew . . . Machiavellian . . . evil, power-mad witch . . the ultimate
self-serving politician."
No prizes for guessing which presidential front-runner drew these remarks in
focus groups.
But these weren't Republicans talking about Hillary Clinton. They weren't even
independents.
These were ordinary, grass-roots Democrats. People who identified themselves
as "likely" voters in the pivotal state's Democratic primary. And, behind closed
doors, this is what nearly half of them are saying.
"I was amazed," says Bennett. "I thought there might be some negatives, but I
didn't know it would be as strong as this. It's stunning, the similarities between
the Republicans and the Democrats, the comments they have about her."
Bennett runs American Research Group Inc., a highly regarded, independent
polling company based in Manchester, N.H. He's been conducting voter surveys
there since 1976. The polls are financed by subscribers and corporate sponsors.
He has so far recruited 410 likely voters in the 2008 Democratic primary, and sat
down with them privately in small groups to find out what they really think about
the candidates and the issues.
His conclusion? "Forty-five percent of the Democrats are just as negative about
her as Republicans are. More Republicans dislike her, but the Democrats dislike
her in the same way."
Hillary's growing brain trust in the party's upper reaches already knows she has
high "negatives" among ordinary Democrats. They think she can win those voters
over with the right strategy and message.
But they should get out of D.C., New York and L.A. more often, and visit
grassroots members.
Because we're not talking about "soft" negatives like, say, "out of touch" or
"arrogant."
We're talking: "Criminal. . .megalomaniac. . .fraud. . .dangerous. . .devil incarnate
. . .satanic. . .power freak."
Satanic.
And: "Political wh***."
(Note: I don't usually like reporting such personal remarks, but in this case you
can hardly understand the situation without them. I have no strong personal
feelings about the senator.)
There are caveats. Any survey can be inaccurate or misleading. And 55 percent
of ARG's sample was either neutral or positive about Sen. Clinton. Thirty-two
percent currently say they plan to vote for her in the primary.
But Bennett says he's never before seen so many N.H. voters show so much
hatred toward a member of their own party. He's never even seen anything close.
He believes top national Democrats are missing this grassroots intensity. Instead,
he suspects, they are blinded by poll numbers, which give Hillary a big early lead
based on her name recognition.
Larry Sabato, director of the University of Virginia's Center for Politics, agrees.
"There is far more anti-Hillary sentiment in the Democratic Party than the
pollsters understand," he says. In the race for the nomination, "she is ripe for
plucking," he says.
Sen. Clinton's team could not be reached for comment.
New Hampshire is small, but it's a bellwether state with clout.
Its primary probably holds the key to the Democratic nomination. And New
Hampshire, alone, swung from Bush to Kerry in '04.
It's hard to see any Democrat winning the White House without carrying the state
in the presidential election. And it's hard, right now, to see Hillary carrying the state.

write this open letter to you, Mrs. Clinton. Brit Hume asked Mr. Lazio's views

doubt that you are the same conniving, self-serving person you were twenty-two
years ago when I had the misfortune to meet you. When I see you on television,

I remember it as though it was yesterday. I only wish that it were yesterday and
maybe there would still be time to do something about what your husband, Bill

This was a prelude to the intimidation campaign waged on Kathleen Willey in
1997-98 before her deposition in the Paula Jones case. Paula Jones who Bill

I have attached my "Hillary file" which is culled from the 205+ books and other
media that I have on Hillary and Bill. The Clintons are thugs. On the campaign
trail in 2007 Hillary and Bill are play acting as the loving, respectful couple -
singing each other's praises on stage and engaging in public affection as they
troll for votes.
In order to understand Hillary and Bill, one must first understand the wildly
dysfunctional Jerry Springer lifestyle they have lived for 36 years. Hillary has
covered for Bill who not only has had HUNDREDS of women, but also
perpetrated several rapes and vicious sexual assaults, often involving biting the
lips of the women victims. In order to cover up this Jerry Springer chaos, Hillary
has often used Sopranos tactics: a secret police and criminal intimidation tactics
to harass, intimidate and terrify Bill's sex victims and girlfriends.
WE'VE HAD ENOUGH "EXPERIENCE" WITH HILLARY;
CLINTON BLACK OPERATIONS MUST STOP
These tactics include the savage beating/almost murder of Gennifer Flower's
neighbor (Gary Johnson - 6/26/92), criminal harassment campaigns on Kathleen
Willey (1997-98 car vandalism, stole or killed her cat Bullseye, witness tampering),
Liz Ward Gracen (who Bill probably raped [1983] while she was Miss America -
harassed/threats, 1997), Gennifer Flowers (break-ins, threats, 1992), Sally
Perdue (car vandalism, threats, 1992), Bobbie Ann Williams (break-in), Christy
Zercher (a flight attendant, groped 1992, break-in, 1994), Patrick Knowlton
(extreme harassment campaign Oct. 1995; witness tampering), Suzi Parker (a
journalist harassed off Arkansas tainted prison blood scandal 1999, fearing for
her life), Connie Hamzy (lying campaign, 1991) and Juanita Broaddrick (raped by
Bill 1978, break-in and IRS audit when she went public in 1998). It is not a stretch
to say that Hillary, Bill and Buddy Young may have organized the murder of their
former contract employee Jerry Parks on 9/26/93 because he knew too much
about the Clintons.
Hillary and Bill were well on the way to crucifying Monica Lewinsky as an unstable
stalker, liar and fantasist - - and would have done so if Bill's semen had not been
found on Monica's blue dress. Hillary's private eyes were already digging into
Monica's past, when the real story was the Clintons ' criminal track record.
Additionally, biographer Roger Morris describes a vicious sexual assault by Bill on
a woman (around 1980) on p.238 in his book Parters in Power. Journalist Michael
Isikoff details a extremely crude sexual advance by President Bill in 1996 on a
lady married to a Democratic VIP on p.162 of his book Uncovering Clinton.
Additionally, pervert Bill exposed himself to Paula Jones in May, 1991 and also to
Carolyn Moffet in 1979.
Other Clinton dysfunctions include Bill's cocaine addiction as governor, Hillary's
lesbianism and the fact that Chelsea is probably the seed of Webb Hubbell, NOT
Bill Clinton. Bill's only offspring is probably Danny Williams, the product of
deadbeat dad Bill's cocaine-fueled sex orgies with (no condoms) drug-addicted
street hooker Bobbie Ann Williams and her girlfriends back in 1983-84. Bill paid
$200 to Gennifer Flowers so she could have an abortion in Jan., 1978, just 3
months before Bill's double rape of Juanita Broaddrick on 4-25-78 . Bill severely
bit Juanita's lip to disable her during the rapes. Also, wild Bill, brother "Roger the
Dodger" and best friend Dan Lasater were partying with high school girls and
providing them cocaine when Bill was governor in the early 1980's.
And, of course, there is Hillary's long and intense affair with Vince Foster who
was her emotional husband while Bill was screwing everything in sight. Hillary
has a long record of fomenting domestic violence with Bill. The Secret Service,
fed up with this insanity, leaked to the press Hillary smashing a lamp during an
argument with Bill. Hillary has often thrown objects at victim Bill.
Hillary has used criminal tactics such as a secret police and illegal IRS audits to
go after both political enemies and Bill's sex victims and girlfriends. It was
probably Clintons ' FBI who put a rotating harassment team of 25 people on
Patrick Knowlton, a witness in the Vince Foster investigation, on October 26,
1995 , and continuing for a week. What the Clintons did to Patrick Knowlton was
Clinton street fascism as well as witness tampering.
This was a prelude to the intimidation campaign waged on Kathleen Willey in
1997-98 before her deposition in the Paula Jones case. Paula Jones who Bill
exposed himself to, rape victim Juanita Broaddrick, probable rape victim Liz
Ward Gracen, and mistress Gennifer Flowers all got audited by Clintons' IRS in
the late 1990's.
Floyd Brown's offices were burglarized in 1992 and only his Clinton files were
stolen. Brown's private phone conversations were illegally wiretapped by Hillary's
goon Jack Palladino. Another one of Hillary's thugs, Anthony Pellicano is in jail in
LA for the same kind goon tactics he did for the Clintons in 1992.
Clinton biographer Emmett Tyrrell also had his offices twice broken into and his
NY apartment invaded once. The manuscript of Tyrrell's book Boy Clinton was
stolen when he couriered it to Robert Novak for a blurb. Clintons thugs tried to
intimidate 2 of Tyrrell's researchers in Little Rock .
Also, at least one independent counsel in the 1990's took to carrying a gun after
being harassed by Clinton goons in yet another intimidation event.

HILLARY TREATS PEOPLE LIKE DIRT LIKE THEY ARE "INVISIBLE"
Many people close to the Clintons describe Hillary as rude, vulgar and abusive,
not just with staff and co-workers, but especially with Bill who she made a sport
of ridiculing, according to L.D. Brown, Bill's favorite state trooper. Hillary is well
known for making mean, vicious and personally degrading comments often
towards people who work for and with her. She probably got that from her dad
Hugh Rodham, a deeply disturbed man.
Hillary and Bill are sociopaths, not unlike serial killers such as Ted Bundy.
Seemingly personable and normal while brown nosing wealthy contributors or
opinion makers, Hillary and Bill have no regard for the integrity and well being of
others. They disregard rules and lie with practiced ease, not feeling guilt or
empathy for others.
Bill is the kind of guy who can rape your sister upstairs and then come down to
the living room and tell you what a great book he has read about women's rights.
Hillary is the kind of person who can be in the kitchen calling up a secret police to
terrify your rape victim sister into silence, and then come out to the living room
and ask what do you think about her latest speech on women's and children's
rights.
Some of the goons that Hillary has used to cover up her and Bill's Jerry Springer
lifestyle and criminal activity include Ivan Duda (1982), Jerry Parks (1980's), Jack
Palladino (1992) and Anthony Pellicano (1990's). Pellicano is now in JAIL in Los
Angeles for the same kind of thug intimidation tactics that Hillary hired him for.
Also, Buddy Young, the head of Bill's trooper detail and who Bill made #2 at
FEMA, is additionally a dangerous criminal that Hillary and Bill has employed in
their black operations. Terry Lenzer is also someone Hillary has used
extensively.
Please forward this information to your Democratic friends and co-workers and
ask that they (and you) vote for and support John Edwards, Barack OBAMA, Bill
Richardson or any other Democratic candidate, and NOT Hillary. The difference
is Hillary will break your kneecap to get to the White House; the others will not.

Marie-hearings on Capitol Hill

Today, in hearings on Capitol Hill, I confronted Secretary of State Condoleezza
Rice on her role in the lies, exaggerations, and misdirection that led us into the
Iraq war.
During my questioning, Secretary Rice falsely stated that she never saw
intelligence casting doubt on the Bush Administration claims that Saddam
possessed weapons of mass destruction. This unbelievable statement is flatly
contradicted by numerous government reports and CIA testimonials. (To watch

Secretary Rice's responses demonstrate once and for all that we need
aggressive oversight over this out of control Administration. Unfortunately, the
Bush Administration has ignored the constitutional right of Congress to provide
such oversight.
It is time Congress took aggressive action to assert our rights on behalf of the
American people.
The House of Representatives must immediately hold former White House
Counsel Harriet Miers and White House Chief of Staff Josh Bolten in contempt of
Congress for their failure to respond to congressional subpoenas.
I have been aggressively lobbying Members of Congress to support a vote on
contempt, and I am thrilled to report that Speaker Pelosi told me directly that she
agrees it is well past time to vote on contempt. I am anticipating that the House
will shortly vote on resolutions of both civil and criminal contempt for both Miers
and Bolten.
No one should be immune from accountability and the rule of law. Not Harriet
Miers or Josh Bolten.
And especially not Condoleezza Rice, George W. Bush or Dick Cheney.
It is time to defend the Constitution and our rights as a co-equal branch of
government.
I will continue to take on the Bush Administration for their outrageous abuses just
as I confronted Condoleezza Rice today and Attorney General Mukasey last week.

Marie-A lot of reading- but worth it

so do it when you have time…….
This is so OUTRAGEOUS, I can hardly believe it. But when you recall certain
things, it all fits. For instance, the unused/closed military camps. I just read an
article very recently questioning the brand new prison (can't remember where,
maybe AZ), which hasn't opened yet, but is fully facilitated. Our Gov't has more
power than ever before, & the Pres. Enforcing his own Executive Orders. Open
borders, illegal aliens from all over, the Government can't tell the good guys from
the bad guys, so they will just lock everyone up. (except the Mexicans, they will
do the work Americans won't, or can't do if they are locked up)
We really are in big trouble. We have been warned to get prepared I.e., Food &
Ammo etc. Sounds like our Government has turned Communist? I'm baffled.

While many studies document immigration's effect on American workers, Morris
frequently cites the National Bureau of Economic Research Paper 12518 in the
TV spots. NBER Paper 12518 was developed by Harvard professor George
Borjas, University of Chicago 's Jeffrey Grogger and University of California 's
Gordon Hanson.

Roger Maxham-Defending those who Defend

You may have read recently about the vote by the City Council of Berkeley,
California, to cast out Marine Corps recruiters from their downtown office ­ saying
the Marines were ³uninvited and unwelcome intruders.² To add further insult,
Berkeley officials also voted to give the radical, leftist, anti-war protest group
Code Pink space outside the recruitment office and actually urged them to
³impede, passively or actively² the work of Marine Corps recruiters.

Millions of Americans have served honorably in our armed forces; the City
Council of Berkeley has no right to decide that other, young Americans should
not be afforded the opportunity to do so themselves. It is one thing to exercise
your right to disagree with the policies of your government; it is another entirely to
insult our men and women in uniform and actively campaign to disrupt their
recruiting processes while encouraging radical groups to do the same.

Last week, I joined a group of senators in introducing the Semper Fi Act of 2008.
The bill would rescind more than $2 million in earmarks for Berkeley, California,
in the 2008 Omnibus Appropriations Bill, and transfer the funds to the Marine
Corps. One of those earmarks provides $243,000 in taxpayer dollars for the
organization Chez Panisse to create gourmet
organic school lunches in the Berkeley School District. Another earmark would
spend $975,000 in federal taxpayer dollars for the University of California in
Berkeley Matsui Center for Politics and Public Service, to create a new
endowment and catalogue the papers of Congressman Robert Matsui. U.C.
Berkeley already has a $3.5 billion endowment.

The City Council of Berkeley went far beyond expressing their opinions; instead,
they chose to disrupt military recruiters from doing their jobs. And the actions of
the City Council of Berkeley are in stark contrast to the beliefs of the vast majority
of Americans who recognize and honor the service and sacrifice of our U.S.
Marines. In these times, when our Armed Forces need all the funding ­ and more ­
that we can offer them, Berkeley institutions happily accept government funding
for their own special programs, and then disparage one of our most honorable
and venerated institutions. This is simply unacceptable, and these funds could
be better utilized by the Marine Corps.

Stay the course? You've got to be kidding. This is America ,not the damned

You might think I'm getting senile, that I've gone off my rocker, and maybe I have.
But someone has to speak up. I hardly recognize this country anymore.
The most famous business leaders are not the innovators but the guys in
handcuffs. While we're fiddling in Iraq , the Middle East is burning and nobody
seems to know what to do.
The press is waving 'pom! -poms' instead of asking hard questions. That's not
the promise of the " America " my parents and yours traveled across the ocean
for I've had enough. How about you?
I'll go a step further. You can't call yourself a patriot if you're not outraged. This is
a fight I'm ready and willing to have. The Biggest "C" is Crisis !
Leaders are made, not born. Leadership is forged in times of crisis. It's easy to
sit there with your feet up on the desk and talk theory. Or send someone else's
kids off to war when you've never seen a battlefield yourself. It's another thing to
lead when your world comes tumbling down. On September 11, 2001, we
needed a strong leader more than any other time in our history. We needed a
steady hand to guide us out of the ashes. A Hell of a Mess
So here's where we stand. We're immersed in a bloody war with no plan for
winning and no plan for leaving. We're running the biggest deficit in the history of
the country. We're losing the manufacturing edge to Asia, while our once-great
companies are getting slaughtered by health care costs. Gas prices are
skyrocketing, and nobody in power has a coherent energy policy. Our schools
are in trouble. Our borders are like sieves. The middle class is being squeezed
every which way These are times that cry out for leadership.
But when you look around, you've got to ask: "Where have all the leaders gone?"
Where are the curious, creative communicators? Where are the people of
character, courage, conviction, omnipotence, and common sense?
I may be a sucker for alliteration, but I think you get the point. Name me a leader
who has a better idea for homeland security than making us take off our shoes
in airports and throw away our shampoo? We've spent billions of dollars building
a huge new bureaucracy, and all we know how to do is react to things that have
already happened. Name me one leader who emerged from the crisis of
Hurricane Katrina. Congress has yet to spend a single day evaluating the
response to the hurricane, or demanding accountability for the decisions that
were made in the crucial hours after the storm.
Everyone's hunkering down, fingers crossed, hoping it doesn't happen again.
Now, that's just crazy. Storms happen. Deal with it. Make a plan. Figure out what
you're going to do the next time.
Name me an industry leader who is thinking creatively about how we can restore
our competitive edge in manufacturing. Who would have believed that there could
ever be a time when "The Big Three" referred to Japanese car companies? How
did this happen, and more important, what are we going to do about it?
Name me a government leader who can articulate a plan for paying down the
debit, or solving the energy crisis, or managing the health care problem.
The silence is deafening. But these are the crises that are eating away at our
country and milking the middle class dry.
I have news for the gang in Congress. We didn't elect you to sit on your asses
and do nothing and remain silent while our democracy is being hijacked and our
greatness is being replaced with mediocrity. What is everybody so afraid of?
That some bonehead on Fox News will call them a name? Give me a break.
Why don't you guys show some spine for a change?
Had Enough?
Hey, I'm not trying to be the voice of gloom and doom here. I'm trying to light a fire.
I'm speaking out because I have hope I believe in America .
In my lifetime I've had the privilege of living through some of America's greatest
moments. I've also experienced some of our worst crises: the "Great Depression",
"World War II", the "Korean War", the "Kennedy Assassination", the "Vietnam War",
the 1970s oil crisis, and the struggles of recent years, culminating with 9/11. If I've
learned one thing, it's this:
"You don't get anywhere by standing on the sidelines waiting for somebody else
to take action. Whether it's building a better car or building a better future for our
children, we all have a role to play.
That's the challenge I'm raising in this book. It's a call to "Action" for people who,
like me, believe in America . It's not too late, but it's getting pretty close. So let's
shake off the b s and go to work. Let's tell 'em all we've had "enough."

Roger Maxham-Berkeley REFUSED to issue apology to Marines

UPDATE: Berkeley, California city officials met Tuesday night and REFUSED to
issue an apology to the Marines!
Additionally, they also neglected to rescind their earlier resolution giving the
radical left-wing organization Code Pink a parking space in front of the city's
Marine Recruitment Center and a noise permit.
So it appears that the harassment of our brave men and women in uniform will
continue in Berkeley with the tacit blessing of city officials!
The City Council -- after hearing criticism from you and tens of thousands of your
fellow patriotic Americans -- did however vote to rescind the letter they approved
a couple of weeks ago calling the Marines "uninvited and unwelcome intruders."
While this is a small victory, apparently Berkeley city officials think that patriotic
Americans like you will simply go away and not bother them anymore based on
their half-hearted action.
But if they really supported our troops, why did they VOTE DOWN a motion to
apologize to the Marines and why are they continuing to sanction the harassment
of our brave men and women in uniform?
Berkeley leaders -- and other lefty city officials across America -- need to know
that half-hearted actions and crocodile tears simply are not enough!
We need to intensify our campaign in support of Senator Jim DeMint's legislation
to cut off Berkeley's earmarks and give them instead to the Marines.

A "Slap In The Face" To Our Brave Service Men and Women
Some of us are old enough to remember how many Marines died at Iwo Jima
and gave their lives so the people of Berkeley could wave obscene placards and
shout four-letter words.
So when the Berkeley City Council voted to send a letter to U.S. Marine recruiters
telling them they were "not welcome in the city, if recruiters choose to stay, they
do as uninvited and unwelcome intruders," it proved once again that city's blatant
disrespect for the brave men and women in uniform who unselfishly protect all of
our freedoms.
However, this time the target is unmistakable: It IS the troops they despise, not
the Republican Party or George W. Bush or the war.
And, needless to say, patriotic Americans everywhere are outraged.
Senator Jim DeMint expressed that outrage when he said:
"This is a slap in the face to all brave service men and women and their families.
The First Amendment gives the City of Berkeley the right to be idiotic, but from
now on they should do it with their own money. If the city can't show respect for
the Marines that have fought, bled and died for their freedom, Berkeley should not
be receiving special taxpayer funded handouts."
But Senator DeMint didn't merely speak his mind. Since Berkeley's life's blood is
federal handouts, Senator DeMint wants to hit them where it hurts and has
introduced the "Semper Fi Act of 2008," which will specifically take $2.1 million in
federal government earmarks and pork from Berkeley and give it directly to the
Marines.
"I am currently drafting legislation to ensure that American taxpayers aren't forced

Council Members Betty Olds and Laurie Capitelli -- realizing that the City Council
went too far -- proposed the motion to rescind the resolution calling the Marines
"uninvited and unwelcome intruders."
Prior to the Council's vote not to send the letter, Olds told the San Francisco
Chronicle, "I think we shouldn't be seen across the country as hating the Marines.
If you make a mistake, like we did, you should admit it and correct it and move on."
She went on to say: "I'm very much against the war, and I hope the majority of the
people in this country are... If you want to blame somebody, blame Bush -- don't
blame the individual Marine."
But does Olds really mean it... is she really sorry?
OF COURSE NOT!
The Chronicle also pointed out:
"However, the item from Olds and Capitelli would leave intact related items that
passed two weeks ago: calling on residents to impede the work of any recruiting
station in the city, asking the city attorney to find out if the Marines are violating
city anti-discrimination laws and giving a parking space and a sound permit to
Code Pink."
Half-hearted measures and crocodile tears simply aren't going to cut it.
The damage has already been done.
These liberals need to understand that when it comes to supporting our troops,
the American people mean business!

Isn't it time for common sense regarding millions of foreign criminal invaders to
US soil and the securing of our borders?
Article 4, Section 4 of the US Constitution requires the federal government to
protect states and their citizens from foreign invasion. 12-20-30+million foreigners
have illegally invaded US soil and are doing America and its citizens irreparable
harms! This fits within the legal defintion of "invasion" per Constitutional law,
which when drafted, would have considered only 25,000 foreigners an invasionary
size force!
The damage now exceeds $250 billion annually, with over 18,000 lives lost per
year due to the invasion!
You may spin the facts any which way you might, but the bottom line is that the
invasion over over 10 million trespassing Mexicans on US soil is a clear and
legally defined Act of War by Mexico, a country now in direct violation of the
Treaty of Guadalupe and legaslly and financially responsible to America and
Americans for any costs incurred from the invasion (open your law books and do
your homework!).
An unconstitutional and illegal amnesty is now being proposed by Nancy Pelosi's
Democratic Congress. Amnesty is not "protection from invasion" as guaranteed
under the Constitution but rather a "sanctioning of invasion", hence highly illegal!
Those who put forward such flagrant unconstitutional efforts may be subject to
misprision of treason and treason laws and should find themselves now on legal
alert, subject to FBI investigations and arrest! (Please do your law book
homework!)
The federal government has not done its legally required duty under the
Constitution to protect states and citizens from invasion and remove the invaders.
Therefore, the federal government is in breach.
The federal government's deliberate failure to enforce federal laws toward
remedying the invasion provide adequate legal proof that the Congress and the
federal government are no longer valid authorities able to maintain the federal
government's legal rights held by the Constitution with respect to its own duties
and obligations; this deliberate deriliction of duty by the federal government gives
the states the legal right to not only withhold all federal taxes but initiate secession
from the union - the legal precedence now established uniquely and mutually
exclussive of all previous secession attempts in case law. (Again, do you legal
homework!)
Americans have had enough!
Enough of Congress!
Enough of the White House!
Enough of the foreign invasion!
Enough is Enough!
If we must, Americans will protest - we will quit paying taxes - we will quit
recognizing federal law or authority - and we will force our states to break from
the union - we will not have our Constitution violated without a major fight...
But all this only as the very last resort!!!
After all, if the federal government no longer recognizes the US Constitution as a
valid document and contract and will not honor its duties and responsibilities, then
why should Americans recognize the federal government or support it?
This is a radical remedy, we acknowledge, but it was one provided by our
Founding Fathers and its the legal right of all Americans to stand up and remake
their government when it becomes tyrannical and unrepresentative of the people!
However, we rather a different choice be made so…
Instead, we press the American people and the US federal government and
Congress to come to their senses and support their legal obligations, as well as
enact the Safe America Act, which will greatly protect America from domestic
terrorism, permanently end illegal immigration, secure the US borders, stop
progress of the North American Union, and safeguard America from further
foreign invasion by all classes of criminal invaders, whether terrorists, violent
criminals, or more benign classes of aliens - and protect millions of high paying
jobs and return them to US citizen workers (toward create an major economic
boom in our economy), and much more!
This landmark legislation is nothing that Congress would ever create on their own -
it has too much common sense and respect for the Constitution in it - but instead,
it was created by average Ameicans and a small nonprofit, on behalf of all
Americans and America! Not its time Congress steps up to the plate and gives
Americans what they want and have a legal right to!
Let's end the insanity and supplanting of America to foreigners and foreign
powers and lets restore America back to its citizens!
Let's clean up the mess Congress made since 1987 and let's move forward,
once and for all!

Many of the superdelegates who could well decide the Democratic presidential
nominee have already been plied with campaign contributions by Barack Obama
and Hillary Clinton, a new study shows.
"While it would be unseemly for the candidates to hand out thousands of dollars
to primary voters, or to the delegates pledged to represent the will of those voters,
elected officials serving as superdelegates have received about $890,000 from
Obama and Clinton in the form of campaign contributions over the last three
years," the nonpartisan Center for Responsive Politics reported today.
About half the 800 superdelegates -- elected officials, party leaders, and others --
have committed to either Clinton or Obama, though they can change their minds
until the convention.
Obama's political action committee has doled out more than $694,000 to
superdelegates since 2005, the study found, and of the 81 who had announced
their support for Obama, 34 had received donations totaling $228,000.
Clinton's political action committee has distributed about $195,000 to
superdelegates, and only 13 of the 109 who had announced for her have received
money, totaling about $95,000.

Marie-Free Trade in Dangerous Drugs

Several months ago when the news broke about poisonous pet food and lead-
laden toys from China, I asked my local pharmacy to give me a letter stating it is
not selling me any prescription drugs imported from China. The reply was, "We
don't buy any drugs from China."
I said, "I know you don't, but I want you to check with your suppliers and verify
that they don't buy from China." That request was met by thunderous silence.
Now we know why. The Government Accountability Office (GAO) reported
that 80 percent of the drug substances used by U.S. Manufacturers to produce
prescription drugs is imported. The majority come from Communist China.
That means most of our medicines and medical products are manufactured in
thousands of unregulated, unsupervised plants run by managers who have no
moral code that imposes an obligation to use ingredients that are safe in
preference to those that are cheaper but poisonous or at least dangerous. As
Walter Cronkite would say, that's the way it is.
One of China's largest pharmaceutical companies that export to the United
States, Shanghai Hualian, has just been exposed
to have marketed contaminated leukemia drugs that paralyzed or otherwise
harmed 200 Chinese cancer patients. This is the latest in a string of tainted
medicines. Manufacturers who have such little regard for the safety of their own
countrymen are not likely to care about the safety of American patients.
Like so many scandals, the problem is not merely the crime but the cover-up of
violations; the company refuses to tell what drugs it has exported to the United
States. Chinese government authorities have arrested the CEO; maybe he will
face the same fate as China's top drug safety official who was executed last year,
but that doesn't solve the problem.
We do know that Shanghai is the sole supplier to the United States of the abortion
pill, mifepristone, known as RU-486. Our FDA had previously concealed the
source of RU-486, and its U.S. Distributor, Danco Laboratories, does not list a
street address on its website or return press calls.
Criticism of the FDA is mounting along with demands that the agency be given
huge emergency injections of taxpayers' money to do a better job of inspecting
imports. But the GAO investigation leads us to believe it is unlikely that the FDA
could protect us from contaminated Chinese drugs even if it had ten times its
current budget.
The FDA is so overwhelmed by the flood of cheap drug imports that it is simply
incapable of protecting the public from unsafe drugs and medical devices, as
well as food. The FDA would need 13 years to inspect every foreign drug plant
just once.
Last year, the FDA inspected only 30 foreign drug manufacturing facilities. FDA
computers estimate that the number of drug factories exporting drugs to the
United States could be anywhere from 3,000 to 6,800, and the FDA has no idea
how many have never been inspected.
The GAO reported that it would take 27 years to inspect every foreign plant that
sends us medical devices such as pacemakers and defibrillators. Over the last
six years, the FDA inspected only 64 of the 700 plants that produce medical
devices.
Unlike domestic inspections, the FDA does not arrive unannounced at a foreign
factory; the Chinese have the opportunity to prepare for the inspection. The FDA
does not have its own translators but relies on translators provided by the
Chinese.
The FDA inspects only about 7 percent of foreign establishments a year. The
FDA admits that there are at least 2,133 foreign drug factories for which the FDA
could not identify any previous inspection.
The FDA does not have a dedicated staff to conduct foreign inspections but relies
on domestic inspectors to volunteer. U.S. Inspectors must adhere to an itinerary
(presumably arranged by the foreign government) so that multiple inspections
can be made on the same trip, and an inspection cannot be extended if problems
are discovered.
The entire process of registering facilities that manufacture drugs for export is
subject to all kinds of manipulation. There is no system for checking current
accuracy or identifying and correcting errors.
The major problem is not the FDA but the multinationals' passion to make free
trade a policy that not only locks us into trade agreements that discriminate
against U.S. Manufacturing and jobs but even trumps U.S. Health and safety
standards.
Free trade is not only bringing us contaminated drugs and foods, but soon may
bring us the products of embryonic stem cell transfers (a.k.a. Cloning). The
Chinese government is financing a new laboratory to conduct research on stem
cells, the nuclear transfer and reprogramming of cells, and other cell-engineering
innovations.
So, there need be no more demands for U.S. Funding of embryonic stem cell
research. The globalists can partner with Communist-funded stem cell factories,
like the new stem-cell agreement between Beike Biotechnology and Tsinghua
University's Shenzhen Graduate School.

John Butler-Why is a senator keeping Bush's secrets?

Once again please help stop Senator Jeff Sessions from blocking our access to
presidential records? I just wrote my senators to insist that he help stop the dirty
work of the Bush administration.
In 2001, Bush signed an Executive Order which gave him and previous
administration authority to hold record from the public INDEFINITELY. This is not
just about Bush. It's about the records of ALL presidents and our right to know.
A bipartisan bill with strong support which would overturn Bush's Order is sitting
in the Senate and ready for a vote, but Senator Sessions is blocking it.

John Butler-The Saddest Commentary

The saddest commentary of our nation is that which says we can't afford to
educate 78% of our young people.
This statement comes from statistics found in Manhattan Institute's policy
research paper, "Public High School Graduation and College Readiness Rates
in the United States" by Jay P. Greene, Ph.D. & Greg Foster, Ph.D. Page 1,
Paragraph 3 states "Only 70% of all students in public high school graduate, and
only 32% of all students leave high school qualified to attend four-year colleges".
This does not take into account those who dropped out of school. That amounts
to 10.7% of young people ages 16 though 24 years of age according to the
National Center of Educational Statistics. This also excludes institutionalized
youth.
From this we can extrapolate that 78% of young people are not prepared for
college. Knowing this is true, what are they prepared for in the working world?
What career can they pursue?
While we are testing for no child left behind, what are we doing for the students
that don't pass these tests as far as preparing them for life? Our teachers are
teaching how to pass tests rather than teaching life's lessons for those most in
need. We are totally neglecting all of our young people that are not college bound,
by not offering them a career path and training toward that goal.
Over the last 20 years we have been closing down vocational education
departments of our schools, saying they are too costly to maintain. What is too
costly is not educating all of our young people to be able to have and to hold good
paying jobs. If we were to spend the money to train all of our youth for productive
careers, such as the numerous jobs that are going to other countries for lack of
experienced technical people we would be money ahead. If you think for one
moment the young people that can only find work in fast food joints would not
want a career rather than the dead- end rut that will never support a family, you
are wrong!.
There is a definite correlation between vocational education and having our young
folks ready for the working world, rather then a life of uncertainty and despair.
Some of these young people would be able to start businesses or invent new
things instead of wasting their lives in dead-end jobs. Creating skilled workers
helps build our ability to attract manufacturing and service industry to our
communities. A productive person with a future and hope for a better life will not
become a thief, drug dealer, or other problem to society.
Our youth are looked upon as lazy and irresponsible only because we don't teach
them the values we expect of them, we don't educate them to have careers that
give them hope.
If we spent the money that is use to the incarceration, file court process, welfare
services, and related cost in vocational education how much of these services
could we cut out of the budget?
Why is India answering our phone inquires for computer and credit card issues
when our young people are out of work. Is India more capable of educating their
young people to not only speak English but also learn computer savvy and
marketing these skills easier then we can?. Certainly it does not require a college
education to answer questions about your credit card statement or software
problems on your computer.
The answer is to provide young people with vocational educations that will attract
industry, and build a working class structure in this country that is not based on
an illegal immigration labor pool.
This demonstrates the fact that both industry and education need to work
together for the survival of both our young people and industry.
As leaders in our community and nation we must demand that we get back on
track with educators and industry leaders to go back to basics and educate all of
our young people. Not just a selected few that will be college bound. Educating
our youth could also help the social security situation by putting more of our
young people to work in productive carriers, getting them off welfare rolls, keeping
them out of jail. This is a win-win situation.

In spite of evidence that the U.S. is slipping into a recession, Congressional
leaders of both parties are trying to increase the number of visas available for
foreign workers. This will lead to fewer jobs and lower wages for America's own
workers.
Sen. Barbara Mikulski (D-MD) has repeatedly sought to raise the annual limit of
H-2B (non-skilled seasonal worker) visas beyond its annual cap of 66,000. Her
increase in foreign workers was included in the Senate's fiscal year 2008
