'One Shot...........One Kill...

..... with one bullet,
you have ended the ability of an enemy combatant to disable, disfigure or Kill one
or more of your brother Marines
'
'His odds are now..0......and
a few good men have a better chance to make it home.'

"Its been 30 yrs. now.   I have to say that I can respect the NVA, it was war and they did what they were trained to do and that is what is expected of a warrior.
They were a damn nasty enemy..........they tried to be as capable as Marine Warriors.......they weren't."

It is inevitable that you will ask so.....

NO. I don't feel guilty.  I am proud that my service enabled some Marines to Walk home from that hell-hole of a war and... if it enabled a brother to live just one more day, then he knows...
........
'I tried brother'
