February 4th meeting

Laura Wells began the meeting by discussing  the concerns with planning upcoming events for this semester due to the low level of participation of members last semester. Members were encouraged to take a more active role.

Laura Wells brought up the topic of officer election for the next academic year. It was decided that a review of the organization bylaws would be in order to determine who is eligible to run for office. Nominations for officers will be due no later than April 5th, and the elections will be held April 15th - 17th. Louise Komorek has offered to teach the new SNA secretary to manage the organizations web site.

Laura gave information about a scholarship opportunity available from Kimmel Leadership Center. For more details regarding this award, please call Kimmel.
