Well, it has been a while, guys. But don't worry, I'm still alive. I got a CRAPLOAD of stuff to talk about. So let's start with the patch. I have to cancel the patch. As many of you know, there are bugs galore in the damned thing and fixing the patch itself is impossible. However, the good news is that I learned from my lesson and am releasing a final patch (ips) that allows you to save the game via native mode. (ie ingame save). I have already send Demi this patch so he can implement it into his patcher, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to release the patch to the public. Thanks to Demi and Dreamer_Nom from the SourceForge RD board for helping me make this possible... Speaking of patches, I'm on Whirlpool! Hell, yeah!

That aside, I have a picture from Machan, who is currently in China and will not be coming back until August. -_-

Speaking of Machan, she is now helping me with the art and music aspect of the Radical RPG. Work has progressed, however very slowly.

Some of you may noticed that the walkthrough has been updated. This will be the last release for a while, for the author has currently no time on his hands to work on it. Therefore, I will be taking over the walkthrough and updating as I go.

Oh yes! Before I forget, I will be donating some materials about Radical Dreamers to Chrono Compendium, who have been able to get their server back online after someone hacked it. However, they did make a backup, so not everything is lost. But if anyone feels they can contribue to ANY of the Chrono Series, be sure to drop Zeality a line. Thanks! That's all, folks.

College has been bothersome, but I finally found some time to update. Machie gave me some pages of the manga, so you can check them out on the Manga page. I am releasing an unoffical patch for Radical Dreamers. You can get this from the Downloads page. Read the readme for changes. Finally, Radical RPG is currently at a halt until I can find RPGMaker2000. (Hard drive reformat.)

Well, this is just an "I'm still alive" update.... Just kidding. I have some stuff for you guys. You know in the script all thsoe strange tags like <85, 32>? Well, click here for a listing of most of the tags. However, the file is still a beta... Oh yeah, bustinecto from the GameFAQs board made this cute parody from Auld Lang Syne. Click here to read it. Hmmmm... Ah, yes! Machie also sent me this picture as a sketch. I suppose this is her way saying that she is still alive...

Well, that's all the news I have now... Check back later!

Damn, I haven't updated this site in a while... Well, nothing much has happened other than Demi releasing RD patch 1.2 and his script encoder. You can grab those from the Files page. I have made some more pictures out of pure boredom. Check them out in the picture page. Sorry, folks, no manga page this time around. Machan has been busy lately.
That's all for now

Things have been quiet for a while. Machie has updated with another page of the manga. Check it out!

Happy Thanksgiving out there! Looks like our favorite trio had the same idea!

For a thief, Kid sure has some slippery fingers...

Thanks Machan! She also have two more pages of the manga done! Check them out! Gobble Gobble, Radical R

11/15/03
Some new updates... I think I finally gave all the pages a background now. Weeee. Machie finished another page of the manga, so check that out. Um, what else? I found that Radical Dreamers actually had some Game Genie codes hacked for it. Go here for them. There was one more thing... Oh yeah, I have been working on a Radical Dreamers RPG for some time now that I took over from Dai. (he quit for unknown reason, but was kind enough to let me use his source. Thanks!) Go here to try out the demo I just released. Right, I almost forgot. New additions for both the quotes and the pictures sections. That's all, folks. Good-night...
zzzzzzzzz, Radical R

Hello out there! I finally got most of the pages with a nice background! Also I finished the MIDI jukebox, thanks to Kotoi! (I got the MIDIs off of her site, so if there is any reason that I shouldn't have them on my site, please let me know.) I started a new section Manga! That's right, someone is actually drawing a manga based on RD! Check it out! As a treat for not updating so long, here is a concept drawing a friend found on the internet.

Hey there. I have been busy with college, but I got bored one rainy weekend. (Yes, Huricane Isabel) So I made some pictures with the graphics I saved from the game. So click on the links "Pictures". Oh, on a side note, there are backgrounds for some of the pages. That is work in progress. Give me some time to work on that.

Well, there hasn't been much happening. The english zip for the CT Music Library has been completed. So you can either download my copy or head over to the translation site. WARNING! The site is written completely in French. (Talk about a headache!) In other news, I may have to move my site back to Geocities, meaning I'll have to drop two things. One: the jukebox and two: the framed pages. However, I may keep the jukebox and convert it into a MIDI jukebox, but I need help converting the damn game music into a pleasant melody, instead of the horrible screeching I have been coming out with. And sorry guys, the frames has to go, it just looks ugly. But not to worry, this site will continue providing as much information as possible. Just finding the time to provide it may be the trouble. Oh yes, before I forget, I finally finished Scenario 6! Expect it to come up sometime soon! (I hope)

I'm holding off up uploading the patch; for there is promise of a all english patch. It won't be much, but still... Also there was a problem with the book page. Apparently I missed the one where Kid writes in the book. D'oh! That is now fixed.

While I was surfing the net, I stumbled upon a patch for BS Chrono Trigger Music Library. The patch was written in French, however one of the patches tranlsates the title of the songs to English. I'll upload the patch soon, after I write a translation of the readme and notes on the control.

It's my birthday today! I'm 18 year old now (and I feel like an old man!). Nothing much is happening, however I did add a new link to the links page. . D A I M A J I N . from the GameFAQs board has started his website up again. Go to the link page and check it out. However, you'll probably want this to kill Angelfire's pop-ups...

New page! In RD, there is a library. You can pick out different books and read passages. Ever wonder where they were from? That's what this page is for! Enjoy! (And no, I still haven't finished Scenario 6)

Now vistors has a choice between frames and no frames! I have removed most, if not all, unneeded pop-up links. Nothing much is happening on the scene... No word from Demi in a while. I'm starting to worry... But I'm sure he's fine!

Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there! I have reformated the site, thanks to the help of Vera Cruz from the GameFAQs board! I am in the process of removing pop-up links, so hang tight! And no, I haven't finished Scenario 6 yet!

Tonight I have graduated from high school! Look out, George Mason, here I come! In other news, I have pulled down all background pictures, due to the feedback I have recieved. Thanks to the kind people at the Radical Dreamers GameFAQs board. Expect a new format of the site soon. (No frames!).

Hey there! All my exams and papers are done. (My AP English teacher pulled a research project out a week ago. I just finished today.) As you can see I have been doing some * unoffical * updates to the site. I gave all the pages a background. Got sick of seeing white backgrounds, eugh. I added a link sections. Check it out, there are some neat stuff there! Well, let me know how you like the "new" site.

This may be my last update in a while. I have AP Exams coming up and I'll be very busy preparing myself for them. Just to let you know! I know not all the pictures are uploaded yet, I haven't had the time to sit down and play the long scenarios. However, thanks to Zeus44 on the GameFAQs Radical Dreamers board for discovering a hidden scene placed by none other than Demi. Check out the Scenarios Section.

(Spoiler Alert!) Or you can watch the actual thing from here!

4/24/03
New Section! It's the Scenarios Section! I have uploaded most of the pictures. I need some time to finish the other ones.

04/17/03
Only two days and I have already finished all scenarios. Guess this goes to show that I have no life, heh heh. Here's the picture if ya don't believe me.

04/15/03
DemiForce has released the first ever RD patch. YES! I may upload the patch later. I'll update more later!

04/08/03
Oh, man. I haven't updated like forever. Nothing much has happened. Demi posted on the GameFAQs board saying he has about 50% of the script edited. That's all for now! The orginal site has come back up, but not entirely.

11/9/02
Hey there! Demiforce is just about finished with the translation, now he is proofreading the script. Good news, eh? =). In further news, I have found the orignal site that this is based off was shut down. Soon I will built a time capsule mirroring the site before it went down.

10/4/02
Hi out there! Sorry I haven't updated for a while. There is news of another translation group. Check it out here

Heya Guys, I updated the main page to have the newest screenshots of Neo Demiforce's patch. Looks great doesn't it? I'm working on a Jukebox page with RD music. It should be up soon.

8-19-02
NEWS FLASH! Neo Demiforce has released a beta patch for RD! It's only for the first few minutes, but still....YAHOOOO!! Go here to get it!

8-18-02
This site is under new managment! Sirsinnes transfered control of the site to me due to the lack of time on his part. My name is Radical R. My REAL name, I can't tell you, for security reasons. But anyway I'm pleased to meet you all!

There are many things to update about the translation of this game. Neo Demiforce lied about quitting the translation. He have cracked the compression scheme and have isolated all the required control codes. According to his website, he has the first ten minutes translated and inserted into the game! It's only a matter of time before a complete patch is released (hopefully).

Many thanks to AgentMaveric for making a page listing active game translators for my site. Now we can really start putting the word out that we want this game translated. It still all depends on all of you, though, because it won't really matter if I am the only on bothering these guys. Please go to my translation page to get some names, and send out an email or two. You'd be surprised how much it can help.

Not much else happening, no real site modifications. I've given some of my work on the Chrono Trigger music library rom to another more devoted translator, so hopefully we'll see something soon. That game is extremely hard to make a font for, so don't expect anything for a little while.

No news is swimming around on the internet about this game at all. Feel free to also spread the word on web boards, chat rooms etc. Thanks!

4-22-01
Damn, it's been too long. Sorry everybody, I really haven't been very responsible with this site over the past month. School has been really busy, and now that things are going to wind down a little for 4th quarter, I may find some time to improve the site. I have been working on a more minor update, nothing major, but also a new page with e-mail listings of translators we should all start bugging. Also, I think that I can turn the .spc files in the soundtrack of Radical Dreamers into high quality MP3 files, which more people will probably want to download. Other than that, modifications will only be minor.

Also, one of my recent efforts and interests has been to translate the Chrono Trigger soundtrack rom into English, which is proving harder than I thought. The font of this game is really weird, and kind of hard to crack. There are also more in depth reasons why it's not finished yet, but they would be too hard to explain. I hope that I can get it done soon, though.

As I'm sure you all know, the rom of RD is still entirely untranslated. Please, translators need to know that we all care about this. Email any game translator you can find. Let them know we want the game now!

3-08-01
Well, I am eager to make more site adjustments, but that will have to be in the next couple of days, probably the weekend. I am so damn tired right now...I just got back from a 3 day trip to a AA Band Festival, at which I practiced for about 6 hours a day, plus performances. I got in last night at 1:30 AM, and I'm still pretty fatigued. I am also stuck pretty behind in school, so just wait until the weekend, and the site will be updated thoroughly.

Not much news regarding the translation; it's still not being done, or at least to the public's knowledge. I am currently in the process of emailing translators to ask if they are interested in, or if the know anything about the translation. I think my site update will have something to do with campaigning people to bug the hell out of translators to get this game translated. This game is probably the most sought after Japanese game around today.

2-21-01
Hi, everyone, just thought that I would let you all know that I'm still around. I haven't heard a thing about any efforts on the translation. It was made clear to me, however, that since Demiforce, the last translator who gave up the project halfway through, released his stuff to the public, a secret translation may be going on. It sounds unlikely, but a lot of translators actually like to work on projects without telling anyone. It could happen...and if it does, I'll be the first to know.

Speaking of translations, I am currently over halfway through my own little translation of the Chrono Trigger Music Library. It's a tiny little Japanese rom that you can find in my files section. All there is to translate is the title of each track, so it adds up to about a paragraph. I've made an English font table in place of a damn kanji table that had game-boy compression, so the hard part is out of the way. All I have to do now is use my hex editor to change the text.

I've received word that Geocites may shut down my site because I'm hosting a couple of stinkin' Japanese roms. Nothing has happened yet, but at any moment my site could dissapear from this server. If it does, it will be reposted immediatly somewhere else, so just look around.

Nothing has been changed in my site other than this news page. I'm looking for a couple more cool roms to host, but the server they are currently on is down, and of course the roms are rare. Email me with suggestions for the site.

2-10-01
I haven't heard a thing about any efforts being made to complete the translation of Radical Dreamers, but keep up hope. If nobody picks it up, I think Demiforce might give it another shot. I guess we just have to wait.

Thanks to a very nice guy who responded to my request in my last news post, I've expanded my files section to include three special BS-X Chrono Trigger related roms! Check the files page, these roms are extremely rare! Way more than Radical Dreamers, anyway. Every Chrono Trigger fan who sees these roms will surely be delighted. I've also included the normal rom of Chrono Trigger on my site (not that it's hard to find anyway), along with the SPC files for the complete soundtrack.

Say, what do you guys think I should do with that navigation frame on my site? It's got that MIDI and that picture up top, but the links are a little boring. I put them in Brush Script MT, which looks great, except not all browsers have that font, making it come up Times Roman for some (boring!). I thought about putting up small pictures for links to make it look nice, but that would take forever to load, even with tiny pictures. What should I do? Do the links look OK as is? Email me.

Other updates to the site are very minor (text fixes, etc.) Please keep coming back though, because every few days I have something new!

2-07-01
Whew! I've fixed a ton of little problems with the site, and it should be a little easier to browse through. I've made text fixes all over, new title pictures for each topic (I hope to find a better theme than Brush Script MT, but it'll do for now), and signed up for at least one webring. Updates will continue every day for the next week or so, so check back frequently. Also, I would like people to e-mail me with comments, news, anything, as I am slowly running out of stuff to do.

I have found out that there are 3 chrono trigger related roms for BS-X that few seem to know about. They each have something to do with the actual game, and seem pretty cool. "Chrono Trigger: Jet Bike Special" is simply the jet bike game by itself. "Chrono Trigger: Character Library" has every frame of every character in the game. "Chrono Trigger: Music Library" (I think that's the title) has all of the sound tracks availible for playing. Does anyone know where these are? I'd be happy to host them, but they are extremely rare, more so than Radical Dreamers. E-mail me.

2-05-01
Got the page up, and hopefully running. Email me with comments.

The status of the Radical Dreamers translation is the same as how I described in my opening paragraphs. Neo Demiforce has given up for the time being, but if he could find help for the LZ77 text compression, I'm sure he'd start back up. He also mentioned that he needs help with the actual Japanese-English translating, so if you know ansything about either of those, please go here. Demiforce has released all of his work (which was pretty far along) to the public, so I'll be keeping an eye out for other translators taking on the project. Until then, the translation remains half finished.
