CH SERGEANT PEPPER OF SMITHVALE
Affectionately known as 'Thug'
d.o.b. 24.6.1996
Sire: Ch. Cottoncove Meteor     Dam: Bacaret Grey Wood Nymph
Thug and his litter mates, Ch. Master Touch of Smithvale and Ch. Classic Touch of Smithvale came to us at the age of 6 weeks. Their owners unfortunately could not cope with the litter and, being predominately "Smithvale" bloodlines, we 'adopted' the litter. Their sire, Ch. Cottoncove Meteor is a son of Ch. Smithvale Venture.  Their dam, Bacaret Grey Wood Nymph, bred by Mrs Barbara Long, is a Galaxy father to daughter mating.

Thug is quite a character!! As a 6 week old puppy he would rush out to greet everyone and attack their shoes and shoelaces, clothes, handbags .... a real little hooligan!! An exasperated friend, trying to winkle her shoes out of his mouth, exclaimed... "you're a real little THUG!" and the name stuck.
The 'hooligan' became a beautiful cream fawn dog who has graced our lives with his loving nature and many wonderful moments in the show ring.

Corinne has handled Thug on numerous occasions.  Here they are pictured relaxing in the ring after winning one of their classes.
