Nataliya and Seth's Las Vegas Vacation
We got up, packed, filled up the rental car's gas tank and started heading towards the airport. On the way, we stopped off at New York, New York and we tried the Nathan's breakfast buffet. After yesterday's amazing breakfast, this was an incredible disappointment. We dropped the rental car off and they took us to the airport. We didn't expect to see Ty and Jen, but their flight was delayed because of a winter storm hitting the northeast with very strong winds. Our flight was the one after theirs, so ours was delayed as well. Two hours later, we were finally being called on to board the plane. Unbeknownst to Nataliya, I had traded in some OnePass miles to get upgraded to First Class seats. When they called first class passengers, Nataliya said that we weren't supposed to board, but I told her that we should try anyway and to let them tell us not to board. She was surprised that they let us on and she turned right towards the economy seats. I told her that we should sit up in front. She was almost horrified, but really curious as to what I was up to. She really didn't know that seats 5A and 5B were in the first class section! She was really happy to be sitting up front, but as it turns out, the first class seats were a small step above economy. Sure they were leather, but they weren't much comfortable than the economy. Even the food wasn't much better.
