Dhahran and Dammam

Dhahtran and Dammam (along with Al-Khobar) are cities along the Arabian Gulf of Saudi Arabia (i.e. the east coast)  These are some of the more modern of Saudi Arabian cities and contain the vast majority of the SaudiArabian oil industry.  Dammam is a large port city.

Khobar towers, site of the 1994 bombings in which dozens of people were killed or injured (including many American servicemembers).  The destoryed building has been torn down.
