Aims and Objectives

About our horticultural society

Founded in 1894, the Saint Lambert Horticultural Society is the oldest of its kind in Quebec. A non-profit organization, the Society has encouraged and participated in the embellishment of both public and private properties in the community.

The Society encourages people to study and enjoy successful horticultural practice. Through monthly meetings, members exchange a variety of information in their area of special interest. Topics include indoor and outdoor plants, fruit and vegetables, flower arrangements and environmental concerns to name a few.
