Then, my parents have this really old dog that has this huge disgusting lump growing out of it and the lump is bigger than her head! I have complained to them since it started growing that they need to get it removed. They never had. Last night, I dreamed that I went over to their house (as I do every Tuesday night that has a new Buffy on) and the dog didn't have the lump any more.
So, I went to my parents' house (new Buffy episode) and the dog still had the lump, but my mom told me that the dog was getting the lump removed on Friday! So very cool!
Now, I'm trying to dream that I win a million bucks. Because if it goes like the $20 dream, then I can handle winning 66 thousand dollars!
Yeah, I know a lot of this seems contrived, and there is a fine line between irony and contrivance. But, I swear I do not make this shit up. It truly happens!
Another of Kathy'sKustomers just called, asking for a refund. Seriously. They wanted to cancel their account because they were not happy with the customer service they had received. From who? Why Kathy, of course! I talked them out of it and helped them get into the system.
After I hung up with the people who wanted to cancel their account, I got another call from someone who wanted to extend their account. It seems that Kathy set them up with an account that someone else had been using. This is something that she is NOT SUPPOSED TO DO! The customer's account is now expired and she is not happy about it. So, I took a message and passed it on to Kathy.
