| I really hate Mondays. Reminds me of Office Space where that really annoying co-worker asks him if he has a "Case of the Mondays". Which then reminds me of my really annoying co-worker who gives me a "Case of the Mondays". I have no money. I am broke. I hate being broke. There are things I would do if I had money. There are bills I would pay if I had money. I have no money. I am broke. I hate being broke. That is my poem for today. Maybe I will start subjecting people to my bloody awful poetry. |

| Kathy hasn't been too bothersome today. She's just been talking. A LOT. I've only received one phone call today from someone who blamed Kathy for their problems. That's pretty good as it seems the number is increasing to about 2 a day. Kathy also demanded that I answer an email that she had been working on. I brought it up, asking her if she would reply. Kathy: "No. You can reply to it." Me (in shock): "Uhhh....Uh... Uh....You were working on it" Kathy: "Yeah, but you go ahead and reply to it." Me: "I don't even know what I would reply!! I don't even know what is going on with it! It's your fucking email!" (except I didn't say 'fucking' and there weren't that many exclamation marks). I didn't know Kathy was the boss of us. Someone forgot to send out a memo. So, Kathy replies to the email and (this is cut and paste for the email) tells the person "I have not been able to explain what you experienced." Now, being the bitch that I am, I knew exactly what the problem was and the resolution (as delivered by our tech people) and this is not an inexplicable occurance. Not only that! Also! In addition! YOU DO NOT TELL A CUSTOMER THAT YOU DON'T HAVE AN ANSWER FOR THEM!!! The whole reason why I wouldn't reply to that email is because Turtle had initially replied to the original email and OmniscientKathy had also replied a couple of hours later with a different response than the one Turtle had given. This made the customer upset at Kathy's reply and so Turtle said "Fine, let Kathy handle it. And, Skyzy, don't touch it!" Turtle and I are trying not to clean up her mistakes as much any more. It's hard because it's not beneficial to the department to not have everything taken care of. Then again, Kathy is not beneficial to the department. |
