No Kathy today. Peace and quiet at last! Turtle and I really get migraines. Well, at least I really get them. Maybe Turtle is faking it too? Heee! Eh, but Turtle had migraines here before I started working here so, she probably really does. Kathy, however, has never had a migraine. Who cares? Why should I be upset if she's pathetic? All that matters is that she is not here and I have peace and quiet!

Kathy screwed up yet another person's account. She allegedly fixed it yesterday and the person just called in, completely frustrated and upset because it wasn't fixed. Not only that, it was a bug! Something that Kathy couldn't have fixed, anyway! I am getting really sick of these phone calls for Kathy because Kathy screwed something up or didn't do something. I get probably about 3 to 4 a week! I am sick of cleaning up her messes. She causes more work for me!
