| So, from yesterday's email fiasco, we have today's update. (Previously) McFly, Have we received a definite 'no' to the SFA? Kathy -------------------------- Kathy, No. But they aren't coming through with it. I will keep pushing. McFly -------------------------- McFly, As an FYI, in the last email I received from Tech, they were very adamant about wanting customers to use the other SFA (Tech also told me that we should try to keep the SFA knowledge down to a minimum as well since customers were not supposed to have that information). Skyzy -------------------------- McFly, I do not think we should advertise the possibility that customers may have access to SFA until it is offically available. We can avoid unnecessary expectations from the customers. They will know when the feature is available. Turtle -------------------------- Turtle, That is especially true, if tech is in fact opposed to ever providing this feature, a point which somehow never reached me. By all means let's do what we can to dampen this expectation. McFly So, Kathy's whole plan backfired on her. Turtle and I don't know why (when it is common knowledge in our department) she insisted the way she did that she was right and we were wrong. Yes, McFly didn't know, but then again, McFly doesn't really notice too much of what goes on. Not really his fault though. But, back to the story of Kathy's ruin. She then emailed the customer back with this: "As for customers being able to use the SFA, it looks like this is a no. Sorry for the bad news." WHATEVER! |

| Then! I just found out something even funnier. She had been emailing back and forth a customer, telling him the SFA was NOT available the entire time she was emailing another customer telling them it WAS available. But, she wasn't here today, anyway. She was "sick" again. Turtle and I noticed that she seems to be sick only when McFly is out of the office on business. | ||||||||||||||
