| Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover. -- Mark Twain Dec. 31, 2002 T-day is April 18th, 2003. This is the day I start my two week plus tour around the state of South Carolina. When we talk about it we call it my around-the-world trip. I have spent at least a year dreaming and planning this trip, and I can now see it as a tiny blip on my radar screen. Its still out there, but its getting closer. The armchair touring is complete, and the road work has now begun. These reports will chronicle my final preparations for my first big solo tour (Im working on Susan, but so far no luck). These are the statistical facts of the trip as planned.
