The aim of Skinnydipclub is to provide a free exchange of ideas and experiences among like-minded individuals. In order to contribute to this club it is necessary to become a member, however, please remember that this site can be viewed by non-members too. The webmaster would like to make the following points as a guide for members in order that the club should run smoothly and to maximise the enjoyment of all concerned.

SkinnydipClub is open to anyone who enjoys skinnydipping, regardless of age, sex, race or location. However, members are advised to be aware of specific laws and regulations governing their own country or region.

The Yahoo Group and accompanying Geocities web site are provided as a "meeting point" for members. There are no membership fees for either, and members are encouraged to contribute to the club by providing any relevant articles, photographs or observations.

The webmaster and contributors to the club are not responsible for the actions of other members. All members are expected to act in a responsible manner.

All submissions to the club are subject to the terms and conditions set out by Yahoo and Geocities. Please check that your submission is acceptable before submitting it. The webmaster reserves the right to remove from the site any content that is considered to be inappropriate or "off topic".

Photographs depicting sexual acts, close ups of genitalia, or nude children are not permitted.

Conduct

It is not the aim of SkinnydipClub to encourage people to break the law or to promote our activities online in a pornographic sense. Members are reminded to check the relevant laws in their own country or region, and to avoid conflict with authorities and/or land owners when skinnydipping. Obey any notices relating, swimming, trespassing, or camping, and help to protect our environment by keeping to footpaths, remembering to close gates and not dropping litter. The webmaster reserves the right to terminate the membership of any individual who's conduct harms the reputation of this club. Please help to make Skinnydipclub an enjoyable experience for all members.
