Learning to skimboard-
One day I went skimboarding with my friend. That is all she talked about and after a while it started to get really annoying. So one day I went with her and really sucked! The waves weren't good though, she said. So I finally went again with her and at the beginning I was not that great. Toward the end I was skimming just like her (almost) I can't wait to go again! Now I talk about it the same as her.
Wipeouts!-
My second time skimboarding, when I finally got the hang of it, I wiped out a couple of times. First, I was trying to mimick my younger friend, so I just jumped on the board and slipped right of and fell! Talk about embaressing! My last fall of the day I was doing pretty good, and I don't know how, but I just fell on all these shells in front of these old people. I scratched up my thigh and it was bleeding. It still hurts five days later, but I'll live!

Pefect Wave-
My friends and I were skimming and we are amatuers who have skimming for three years. It was just high tide and we were getting ready to finish up for the day. We went for one last run and we went straight for a nice wave just about to break. We went out and flew off the top of the wave and went pretty high, but the crazy part was we were perfectly aligned with each other.
