Skills & Initiatives is a non-profit agency based in Smiths Falls. We attract and supervise meaningful work projects, which can lead to sustainable employment. Our goal is to link the skills and abilities of the volunteers with initiatives of the Lanark and north Leeds-Grenville non-profit community.

 Skills & Initiatives helps individuals to determine what their capabilities are and hew they can help support their community. We are able to match individual skills with community projects, for one hour to forty hours per week.
