You will need to print and
complete the Booking Form setting
out the agreement and abbreviated booking terms and conditions and post it,
together with the security deposit of £100, to TUTTLEBEE RENTALS.
You will see that we have
kept the procedures for booking a self catering studio apartment relatively
straight forward but please let us know if you would like any points clarified..
Inevitably when renting an apartment there will be requirements for the client
and the owner. The obligations of both parties are set out in the full "Booking Terms and Conditions" which form part of the booking agreement. They
must be accepted as a condition of the booking. Extracts of "the agreement"
are included in the Booking Form.
Brief extracts of the Booking Terms and Conditions are as follows: -
When availability is
confirmed a security deposit of £100 per week must be received within
7 days. This amount will be returned, after the rental period,if no damage/costs
are incurred by the owners.
The full cost of the
rental is required 6 weeks before commencement date.
The weekly rental
is for the apartment in total, as detailed under Rental Rates within the web site
Pillows and quilts
are within the tariff but linen and towels are only supplied by the owners
at an extra charge.
Guests must undertake
to behave in a manner not to cause distress, danger or injury to other parties
within the apartment or the building.
The owners undertake
to maintain the apartment in a safe condition but guests must take care
to observe normal Health and Safety measures which include smoking and naked
flames.
In the unlikely event
that the booking is cancelled by the owners liability is restricted if under
reasons of "force majeure".
In the event of cancellation
by the guest refund penalty clauses may apply.
The owners cannot accept
responsibility for lost property.
