Thank you for your interest in renting the studio apartment. Weekly rental periods, in common with other ski accommodation, commence, in French time, Saturday 1600hrs to Saturday 1000hrs. These times allow for cleaning after guests depart and before the new arrivals.
The tariff, per week, is in pounds (£) sterling and is inclusive of apartment cleaning, when guests vacate,the french tourist taxes and the other items listed below.

These rates are in £ sterling and are for the studio apartment complete, and not per person. Discounts may apply for late availability or block booking. The accommodation is also available throughout the year and prices are reduced for �out of ski season� bookings; lifts are open for walkers/bikers in July/August and the golf course at 1850 and tennis courts at 1650 are available when the snow clears.
Prices include: -
Booking Procedure: A telephone call can reserve/clarify your preferred dates (even long term plans) but we do ask for written confirmation (on this, duly completed, booking form) within 7 days, enclosing a security deposit of £100.00 per week. This deposit is in addition to the rental tariff. The £100 security deposit will be returned within 7 days of the return of the keys, (after our local agents have inspected the property for significant damage.)
Management Company: Tuttlebee Rentals do no use a local company for a meet and greet service etc as the apartments are easily located and we post clear arrival instructions with the keys. The cleaner is local but will only call after your visit. The address/telephone number/location etc will be advised by Tuttlebee Rentals well in advance.
Apartment Security: The apartment building is protected by a pass-door code that will be advised to you. The keys to the building, apartment, and locker keys, will be posted to you around two weeks prior to the rental commencement. The apartment does not have an alarm fitted.
Accommodation: The studio apartments are some 20 square metres in size and have one double and two single-beds. They are ideal for a couple or a family with one or two small children. Alternatively they are suitable for two/three friends but four adults may be more crowded.
Hotel Taxes: The owners settle direct to the French officials for the current tourist tax and are therefore permitted to enter into short term rentals agreements.
Payment: The rental balance is due at least six weeks prior to your departure.
We will then let you have detailed directions etc. with the keys. Receipts will
be issued for all payments.
If you are unfortunately forced to cancel your holiday we will retain monies
as follows: -
Greater
than 42 days of arrival -
50% of the deposit
Between
21 and 42 days of arrival - 70% of the tariff
Less
than 21 days before arrival - 100%
of the tariff
The refund may be improved if a re-booking can be obtained but suitable travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Linen: It is suggested that guests take their own towels, bed linen and
quilt cover. However these items can be made available by the owners at an extra
charge per item, per week. It is our local cleaner who operates a laundry service
for our linen and they will ensure that, subject to prior request and payment to the owners, the items are made available for your arrival at the
following charges : -
Double bed linen set : £20..00
Single bed linen set: £13.00
Extra pillowcases: £3.00

Hand towels: £4.00

Bath towels: £7.00
each
Minimum linen charge: £32.00
Clients should indicate their requirements on the Booking Form and pay the monies prior to arrival. Tuttlebee Rentals will arrange for the linen items to be issued/collected and will also settle the laundry costs with the cleaner.
Clients' responsibility: The client, and their party, must behave in a manner not to cause distress, danger or injury to other parties with the apartment or building.
Sub-letting: Tuttlebee Rentals, or the Owners, do not allow sub-letting.
Owners responsibility: Being privately owned, the owners seek to
maintain the studio-apartments to a high standard, including addressing health
and safety issues, and their aim is that all guests have an enjoyable stay in
clean and well maintained accommodation. The apartment Insurance does not cover
client�s personal items. If we can be of further assistance in any way, please
do not hesitate to contact us.
Liability: The owners, Tuttlebee Rentals, or their agents cannot accept liability
for death or injury arising from the use of the apartment, the balcony or environs.
Guests should exercise extra care, especially on wet surfaces within the apartment
or balcony particular when children are in the party.
Further details of Liability, Force Majeure and other responsibilities upon
all parties are within the full Booking Terms and Conditions (contained within
the web site) which are deemed to be accepted upon completion of this booking
form and agreement, and when a booking is agreed.
