Puzzle Box
Next up, folding. I know I forgot to mention a metal ruler in the materials part, but I don't have a time machine so I can't go back and fix it. Anyway a thin straightedge will make the folding part much easier and prettier.

Start by placing your box blank side up on a flat surface (table top). Align the straight edge along where you want to make the crease for the box flaps.
Hold down tightly on the straight edge and carefully bend each flap up one at a time, taking care to direct the bending to where you want the crease to be (along the straight edge). After doing the first four flaps, do the other four the same way.
Now it's time to crease the edges between the faces of the box. You should probably flatten the flaps you just creased a little since they like to get in the way during this step. The small flap that is being prepared to be creased (in the photo on the left) will tuck behind the far face and is where it gets glued. Crease all four edges carefully so they come out straight and to avoid damaging the lid flaps.
Apply glue to the small flap. Try to cover this flap as well as you can without overdoing it.  You can place a cube inside of the box before pressing it together to help with internal support.
