After you're sure the glue has dried, all you need to do is fold the 8 flaps. If you're not familiar with Rubik's Studio boxes, put the smallest flap on the right and fold.......

| With a cube inside the box, close the four faces around it and tuck the flap you applied glue to behind the face that overlaps it. Try to make it straight of course but you should have a little working time so dont panic. After you're sure the glue has dried, all you need to do is fold the 8 flaps.
