TABOR CITY, N.C. -- Patricia June Jorgensen, 60, died Monday, Oct. 20, 1997, at home.
She was born in Columbus County, N.C., a daughter of the late Hilton and Lula Belle Watts Spivey.
Survivors include her husband, Ralph Jorgensen; a daughter, Misty Jorgensen of Tabor City; two brothers, Sherwood Spivey and Elwood Spivey, both of Tabor City; and a sister, Peggy Strickland of Tabor City.
Visitation will be from 7-9 tonight at Inman Funeral Home of Tabor City.
The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Spivey Cemetery.

1. Brent was diagnosed with cancer of the bladder in 2004. After having the bladder removed and replaced with an exo-bladder, the cancer was found in his liver and bones. After a year and a half of radiation and chemotherapy he died peacefully at 5:15 a.m. on 29 mar 2005 at his home in Centerville.
2. Kelsey, R. Brent R. Brent Kelsey 1941 ~ 2005 Ruel Brent Kelsey, died peacefully at home, March 29, 2005 in Centerville, Utah. Brent was born September 9, 1941 to Ruel Woolley Kelsey and Kathryn Mary Jorgensen in Salt Lake City. Brent graduated from East High School in 1959 and attended the University of Utah. In the early 60's he worked for Hercules on the Polaris missile. For over 20 years he worked in the trucking industry, and later as a self employed property manager. Loving husband of Sally Saecker Livingston, and devoted father of Brent D. Kelsey and Todd L. Kelsey, by former wife, Marilyn Kesler. Brent's happiest times were when he and Sally were either at their cabin, fishing, traveling, barbecuing, gardening, or on the golf course. He loved telling a good story. Brent also held an especially close bond with his grandkids, who called him "silly grandpa." A quintessential handyman, who loved to tinker and fix things, Brent was always willing to lend a hand to others. His strength, determination, quick wit and special twinkle in his eyes will always be a comfort to his family. He is survived by wife, Sally; mother, Kathryn; sons, Brent (Jennifer) and Todd (Lauren); grandchildren, Samantha and Cameron. Also survived by siblings: Stephen (Justine) Kelsey, Renee (Alan) Fernelius, Patricia (Jan) Brady, Scott (Connie) Kelsey, Colleen (Doug) Carroll, and Kevin (Martha) Kelsey, and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his father. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m., Tuesday, April 5, 2005 at the Bountiful Community Church, 100 N. 400 E. Bountiful, Utah, under directions of Lindquist's Bountiful Mortuary.
