1. Make sure casualty is on a firm flat surface. 2. Keep one hand on head to keep airway open. 3. Slide fingers to notch where the ribs meet. Place heel of other hand on breastbone above the fingers. 4. Position shoulders directly over hands and keep elbows locked. 5. Compress firmly 5 times and then give 1 breaths. Continue cycles of compressions and 1 breaths till help arrives. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
