Cadet Proficiency Program
Cadets were able to earn the Grand Prior's Badge by completing a number of tasks listed for each proficiency. Once they had 12 proficiencies, with at least one from each category, they were able to get the Grand Prior's Badge at a ceremony held in November of each year in Halifax or Dartmouth.
