Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a time honored practice that aids in relaxation, strengthens concentration and promotes circulation in the body. Tai chi is a great meditation and has been known to evoke a sense of peace and calm in the practicioner. It is also one of the few practices with exercises designed specifically to target the internal organs. At Doshe we use Tai Chi to harmonize and strengthen the connection mind, body and spirit.
