Pros: Wow, what an interesting album. For those of you who enjoy The Gathering, you will like this album immensely. It is more rock heavy than The Gathering is, but the ambient moodiness is quite good. While this album seems to be really far out (I have to give it a few more listens before my final opinion really sets in), I don't know how I like it compared to their first album. Overall this seems to be very good though. A few parts remind me of Ayreon, which considering is currently holding the title of my favorite album, can only help their cause. This is a great progressive release. Oh, and listen to the time signatures on Carousel especially after the 3:15 minute mark, very difficult work there.
