Heavenly - Dust to Dust (2004) Reviewed on 9/18/04

Good

Nation: France

Album Genre: Power Metal

Pros: Great choruses throughout the CD; they have a combination of good melodic vocals and instrumental riffs. This is a CD that had potential to be VEWY GOOD, but it seems like they were almost holding back in the vocal department in particular. Some standout tracks include "Evil", "Illusion Part I & II", and "Fight for Deliverance" which is probably my favorite track on the album. Benjamin Sotto is really on top of his game with the vox on this song.

Cons: Can become relatively overdone in the production and the epic feel to the point where it's cheesy on a negative level. The vocals can also get irritating because they maintain a very high pitched, almost screech-like rate.
