Album Genre: Hardcore/Death Metal

Pros: It has its moments with certain breakdowns that perk up my ears, but overall it all runs painfully together.

Cons: These guys ride on pure aggression and that's about it. I can see them thinking now: "hardcore isn't aggressive enough, let's add in somemore breakdowns with death growls and riffs and it will get the crowd going MUCH more." For me, this train of thought just doesn't work. An album needs to have catchy riffs, not monotonous typical hardcore stylings with a death metal facade thrown on top to make it sound more metal-like. This album just doesn't work for me.
