Perches:
A birds cage should consist of at least 2 different size perches to prevent the bird from getting sore feet. You have a choice of adding either wooding perches or plastic perches. Plastic perches are the easiest to cleans but the wooding perches are closest to the real natural thing. It's your call.

Toys:
Toys like bells, mirrors, ladders are all recommended to keep your birds entertain. Some birds get attached to their toys, so if you want to keep your bird as "Person" bird, so don't over do with the toys. There are many toys that seem very cute, but keep in mind not to fill the cage with too many toys. Leave enough space for birds to move around. Also keep in mind, wooden toys wont last long. Better to buy plastic ones. It's your call.
