 2004 - OUTSTANDING ACHIEVER in the implementation of the Pabasa sa Nutrition  2003 given by the Philippine Association of Nutrition, Inc.

 2004 - ACTIVE PARTICIPANT , Philippines-Canada Local Government Support  Program (LGSP) and for support on programs on poverty reduction and participatory  governance in building sustainable communities given by the DILG, LGSP, &  CIDA-ACDI.

 2002 - FIRST RUNNER-UP , Search for Excellence in Disaster Management evaluated  by the RDCC VI Regional Selection Committee given by the Regional Disaster  Coordinating Council VI. (Regional Category)

 1998 - 2nd Place, Search for Healthy Market conducted in relation to the Philippine  Health Promotion Program of Negros Occidental and 2005 - Active Supporter, Regional  Sandugo of the DOH-CHD Western Visayas National Voluntary Blood Services  Program given by DOH-Center for Health Development-WV

 1997 - EXCELLENCE AWARD in recognition of its exemplary performance and  accomplishment in the fields of personnel records management and public personnel  administration having adjudged as the Most Outstanding Municipal Government in  Western Visayas from 1991-1993 & 1995.

1991 to 1993 & 1995 - MOST OUTSTANDING MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT in  Western Visayas in recognition and appreciation to the exemplary performance and  accomplishment in the fields of personnel records management and public personnel  administration. (Regional Category)

 1995 - PAG-ASA AWARDEE � given by the Civil Service Commission, Manila to the  Municipal Agriculture Office on September 16, 1995 at the Manila Hotel for spearheading  environmental and livelihood projects such as Municipal Nursery, a seed production and  tree park, and other agro-based projects. Such endeavors solved insufficiency or certified  seeds and planting materials, promoted environmental awareness, significantly reduced  unemployment and encouraged self-reliance among residents of Sipalay.
