Part I
As Tails watches Sonic play baseball, Sonic hits a fly ball.  When he tries to catch it, he runs into Robotnik Stadium.  A swatbot explains that Robotnik has challenged the freedom fighters to compete in the Robotropolis Olympic Games.  If the freedom fighters win just one event, Robotnik will make Mobius normal again.  But if the freedom fighters lose an event, they will be turned into robots.  Sonic agrees, and Sally is upset when she finds out about this.  Sonic says he'll easily win all the events, and Antoine tells Tails that he cannot participate in the events.  When it comes time for the games, a swatbot reports that he had switched Sonic's shoes with Robotnik's energy-draining shoes and threw the real ones in the trash.  Sonic tries to run a  few laps around the track, but he collapses.

Part II
Without Sonic to compete, Sally decides that Boomer, Antoine and herself should compete.  However, they are no match for Robotnik's badniks in the long jump (Antoine's event), swimming (Sally's event), and weight lifting (Boomer's event).  As the final event starts, Tails looks through a junkyard for pieces for his Sonic sculpture.  Spotting Sonic's shoes, Tails grabs them and runs toward the stadium.  Meanwhile, Antoine is losing a race against Buzzbomber.  Tails arrives with Sonic's shoes, and he spins around to create a dust cloud around Buzzbomber.  The robot crosses what it thinks is the finish line.  When the dust clears, it is revealed that Buzzbomber crossed the starting line as Antoine collapsed over the finish line.  Sonic destroys the robo-machine, Robotnik runs away, and Sally tries to revive Antoine.

“KTV Knothole Television Presents Sonic's Ten Second Workout” - 1 page

Sonic's exercise workout includes spinning his feet in place, running around the room (floor to ceiling), and running around the world.  He then explains that if it was too time consuming, Boomer has an eight second workout.  Boomer’s workout is trying to touch his toes for eight seconds . . . and spend the rest of the day trying to stand back up.

“Chomp on this, Chump!”

Sonic and Tails help Sally remove her spoon from some pancake batter (she didn't use enough water) as Boomer raves about an ant farm ad.  He mails off the order, which happens to be a trap set by Robotnik.  Robotnik has the package delivered, and Boomer opens the ant container.  A yellow bug jumps out and eats the oak table.  The freedom fighters soon find out that it is a termite that will eat anything out of wood--including the forest they live in.  As Sally protests the thought of her cookbook being fed to the termite, Sonic recalls Sally's thick pancake batter.  He recreates the recipe and puts the batter into a hollow log.  The termite eats the log, which becomes stuck in his mouth.  Boomer discovers that the termite is a robot, reprograms it, and ships it back to Robotropolis.  Robotnik opens the crate, and the termite begins eating everything made out of metal.

“Fast Food!” - 1 page

Sonic runs back to Knothole before Sally can finish saying that his dinner is cold.  He shoves some food into his mouth and starts to feel strange.  Sally comes out with his food and asks him why he just ate a bowl of wax fruit.
