As you know, I'm Dessy (if you want my full name, go check out My Profile). I came to this world in Jakarta on the 31st of July, 1986 (that's exactly a century after Liszt's death, my fave composer).

In 1988 I flew to France. I lived there for almost five years, and I was really fluent in French. In 1992 I returned to Indonesia and forgot my French completely. In 1994 I went to Jordan and stayed there for five years. I learned three languages there: Arabic, English, and French. But I only knew how to speak English. Because I didn't feel like learning Arabic. While I really like French but it's not often spoken there.

In 1999 I went back to Indonesia. My junior high school was in SLTP 2 Cimanggis (Chemank 02). And my high school was in SMU 99 Jakarta (Sekoetoe = 100 kurang satu) for only three months. On the 30th of December, 2001 I came to Wellington. I still live here, and might stay here for a long long time.

I really really liked playing with cats and kittens because they're so cute and playful. But that's impossible now as I don't have any pets. Therefore I like chatting on the 'net and updating my site, reading Japanese comics, drawing and sketching, playing the piano (I really love Chopin's Fantaisie Impromptu), watching movies, and going out with my family and friends.
