Who are the folks in the Holler?

James and I met back during my Junior year of Highschool. We struck up a friendship and spent long hours trailriding and talking about our love of horses. We remained friends over the next 10 years as I married, moved all over the US with my first husband and had two wonderful little boys. I returned home to Alabama in 2002 and went through a divorce. James and I rekindled our friendship and in 2004 he helped me to buy and begin training my APHA colt, Slick (Peppys Smooth Delight) Over the next year, we spent more and more time together. In October of 2005 we were married in front of our friends and family at our barn with our horses standing nearby. Hotshot, James' 20 year old Morgan Cross gelding, served as his best man during our celtic handfasting ceremony.
Ethan, age 7, is a rough and tumble little man who loves rodeo, dirt, his powerwheel 4-wheeler and playing outside. He will be a wonderful horseman just as soon as his legs can reach!
Cassandra has started Massage Therapist School and will (god willing) graduate in 2009. Ethan and Ashton are both active Boy Scouts and are enjoying camping and learning outdoor skills with their packs.
