Here are our registered Morgan mares.  Both girls are aged mares, while we had hoped to breed them when we purchased them, time has slipped past and we no longer have any intentions of breeding either of these mares.  Hopefully in the future we will be able to add some young broodmares to our herd, but for now we are focusing on riding and enjoying these girls.

Personality- Enigma, who's barn name is Baby, is a diva broodmare.  She is alpha mare in the pasture and a powerful riding horse.  I have carried her to trail rides in Alabama and Tennessee as well as Fun Day shows at local saddle clubs.  She has wonderful movement and is a confident horse in any circumstance.  She is a show stopper and we always get comments on her beauty and build.  Past owners have told us that she has thrown 4 big, healthy, beautiful, smart babies in the past.   She has it all, brains, beauty and brawn!

Personality- Sylvia was purchased as an unbroke, unproven filly who had been basically on pasture for her entire life in a herd of her siblings.  We bought her home and James set about the task of inroducing her to saddle and riding.  After a few weeks she was working nicely under saddle on the trail.  She never offered to buck or fight and was very willing to please from the first moment.  She has proven to be a very bright, affectionate girl and now comes running to see James when we pull up.  I call her "the other woman" in his life as she has taken a definate liking to James and is "HIS" horse.  She has a wonderful, smooth ride and is very intelligent.  Once she is shown something, she remembers and you can move on to the next lesson.

***Sylvia was purchased from Tracy Mele of Tennessee Rose Farms in Hoenwald, Tenn.  She failed to uphold her end of the contract and provide us with Sylvia's papers.  She lied on several occassions, never came through, quit taking our phone calls and proved to be a dishonest, thief.  So there are no papers on this mare.  Do not do buisness with this farm or woman.***
