Hello! My name�s Alisha Smyth. I joined the JET program
after graduating from Truman State University with a bachelor�s degree in
Linguistics. I�m from Fairbanks, Alaska originally and live in Amarume
currently. I teach at Amarume Junior High and Tachikawa Junior High as well
as numerous elementary schools in those two towns.
As far as special interests (how does this not sound
like a personal ad?)� I love anything outdoors! I�ve even been known to take
walks in the rain� just for giggles. Anyway, what I really love is football
(soccer � have been converted!) and running. I picked up snowboarding this
year and (unlike Tom) still like it! Heehee�
Oh, I also have the big house in Shonai� has been
compared to many things� including Daiei! Good place for parties and other
interesting things�
