| Started as a Tool room supervisor Supervising work on all machines including CNC machine programing Calibration of measuring instruments Designing of Jigs / Fixtures and all kinds of Dies for presses |
| Supervised the Steel Fabrication department A Big setup. Producing steel parts for Electrical Transformers ( Dont get fooled by the word ELECTRICAL , they have nothing to do with those dainty little wires and gadgets you see at home) These are huge steel parts weighing in TONS . A medium sized power transformer is about the size of a 8 x 10 ft room. !!!! and supplies electrical power to an area about 4 or 5 city blocks. |

| Executive Engineer for Assembly department Here we made small distribution transformers ( for you ignorant persons !!! A distribution transformer is the thing you see on poles by the roadside ) |
| Production Manger for Distribution Transformers Finally i got to the top slot . Held this position for sometime. Then I was designated as a specialist and now I act as a consultant on various issues regarding manufacturing activities in the plant. |

| At present my job revolves around process improvements , Plant relayouts, rationalization, time and motion studies. Apart from that we have also recently started the KAIZEN movement in our plant . I am responsible for implementation of this system and i conduct one workshop each month for KAIZEN |
