Mood: fine Fact of the day: I'm taking jazz dancing next semester! event of the week Swing dancing this wednesday
Oh my, I can't believe I've not updated for such a long time. But really, it's been a really weird weekend. I'm not really rested yet.
First of all, on Friday, because one of my friends here just bought a car, the whole bunch of us went out for a movie after my ushering stint that night. Just for the sake of going for a midnight show actually, cos it's been a long time since we went out so late at night - the bus service ends really early here. So I slept really late, like about 3am or something,
Then the next day, I spent a lazy afternoon just trying to recover from that late night outing. I was supposed to go view an apartment to stay for summer, but even that didn't go through, because I was too lazy to walk all the way there. At night, I had to help out at the opera again, so I got home really late too. The girls were having some sort of a late night talking session and they invited me to go over, but I refused. Apparently, I sounded really unhappy in the phonecall, so they decided to come over to my room instead. Omigod, and we talked till 6am the next day.
On Sunday itself, I still had the opera thing, and I very promptly fell asleep in the middle of the opera. Tameche had to shake me awake everytime it's my cue to pull the flyers in. After that, I had to rush over for a dinner with the SSA committee members. After dinner, we had our "house meeting" because we needed to settle stuff like when we can move into our house during the fall semester. By the time I got home, I was exhausted. I had work to do, I tried very hard to keep awake, but the words were just floating before my eyes. Man, so I went to bed.
But of course, I woke up early this morning again to finish my homework at about 5.30am, so now I'm just so so so tired.... but I'm going out later again. Because the girls are studying somewhere, I think I need help with this piece of homework due in 2 days' time. I'll be gone soon....but let me rest for a while...
