Best TP/Experience ratio: 0.15The TP/Experience ratio here is very low. If you spent enough time in the A.G.W.S. hangar with Shion, you won't need any more experience before the boss battle, so I would suggest avoiding all battles that you can. Get Shion's Ether, Goodbye, if you can, and that should help.

Go upward to attack the Gnosis. Obviously Shion can't win, so she dodges them and makes the crane drop its load to block the path. To avoid the next group of Gnosis, run to the right, through the partition, then press the partition switch
Go upward along the hall and you'll notice another Gnosis blocking your path. To get past this one, run behind the Hologram Control Panel and push the button. The holograms distract the Gnosis and allow you to easily get by (Gnosis must not be exceptionally bright).
Continue along the corridor and you'll come across Segment Address Number 16. Another Gnosis will be impeading your progress. Get just close enough so that it starts chasing you. When it does, run as fast as you can into the Comm Center. The Gnosis will then leave. I advise using the save point in the room. If you come into contact with a Gnosis before you meet up with KOS-MOS, it's game over. Leave the Comm Center and continue heading to the left.
Pass through the door, and continue left until you see a ladder near the top of the screen. Ascend the ladder and continue left until you see a small control panel on the wall. Push the button to activate the Emergency Hatch. Go back to the right, descend the ladder, and continue traveling left. When the path forks, head downward, and you'll see some debris is blocking the path. Talk to the marine left of you and he'll tell you to get the Vaporizer plug-in from the A.G.W.S. Hangar.
Travel up and then left to reach the entrance to the A.G.W.S. Hangar. Stand by the brown box on the left side of the debris so that one of the Gnosis will destroy the box, revealing 200 G. Now go back around the debris and stand on the opposite side of the yellow barricades. The Gnosis will come toward you, but will get shocked by the barricades. You can now get the treasure chest without fear of being attacked. Inside the chest you'll find 2 Veil. Go inside the door to the A.G.W.S. Hangar and turn right. Talk to the mechanic and he'll give you the vaporizer plug-in.
Leave the A.G.W.S. Hangar and head right until you see a box you can detonate with your vaporizer plug-in. Destroy it and head up the ladder that was behind it. Detonate the two boxes by the ladder to obtain 200 G. and a Revive DX. Now head towards the Comm Center (to the right). Go inside the Comm Center and save your game.
Approach the upper wall, and detonate the glass. WALK and get the treasure chest, being careful to avoid the Gnosis. Inside the chest you'll find decoder number 18. Save again. Head back to the car that was blocking your path (to the left) and destroy it. Head downward, and a Gnosis will start chasing after you. I think he wants to play tag, isn't that nice ^_^? Unfortunately, Gnosis don't play very nicely- if he catches you, you're dead. So head upward and run around the obstacle in the middle of the floor, just like before. You may have to wait behind the obstacle for a second to give the Gnosis time to start following you around. Head back down and you should be able to escape.
Sergent Swaine has been mortally injured. In his dying breaths he gives you Decoder 7. Use it to open Segment Address Number 7 and obtain Robot Part Right Arm. Exit the Segment Address and head left. Destroy the display in the center of the room to obtain a Bio Sphere. Now head downward through the door.
Apparently that crew man who lost the key to his room finally found it. But then he died. Guess he won't need it anymore. Take the key from his body and go into his room. Inside you'll find a treasure chest containing SMP53AG. Exit the room and continue downward. In the next room on the left is a save point, if you care to use it. Continue downward through the door. Enjoy some more cinematics, after which you'll have a forced battle with a Cyclops. My only advice for this battle is to use only physical attacks. After the battle you'll gain a SMG99AG.
Detonate the two objects on the upper wall to obtain an ether pack and a med kit. Follow the hall to the right, and you'll come across a lone group of manticores. You can detonate the yellow container below at the right time if you wish to avoid battle.
Continue to the right and you'll see three Gremlins attacking an A.G.W.S. unit. The camera will zoom to the bulkhead control. Go into the bulkhead control room and push the button to open the partition. Exit the room, then head upward through the newly opened hallway. You'll pass by segment address 18 on your right as you head up. You should have the key now, so go inside to retrieve a Coat-Lightning. Continue upwards and go through the door on the right. Now you're back in Shion's room. Here you can rest and save your game. Exit Shion's room and continue heading upward and detonate the item in the middle of the room to obtain a bio sphere.
This next part is completely optional, as it takes a bit of time, and the rewards are slim. Continue up, past the crane, and through the door. Destroy the item in the middle of the room to obtain 2 revive. Go to the hologram display and get behind the control panel. Destroy the item on the right wall to obtain a Med Kit S, and then destroy the item on the top wall to obtain an Ether Pack S. Now head for the drill crane. Detonate the barrels near holgar to obtain a Stim. Now you can head back to Shion's room.
Save if you like, then continue downward. Pass the gremlins attacking the A.G.W.S. and continue downward until you see the little section that branches off to the left from the hallway. Don't destroy the bottom left box, as it harbors some manticores. The two other boxes each contain an escape pack. Continue downward, and you'll find a goblin blocking your way. Defeat him, then detonate all the objects around you. On the left wall are 2 Revives, and on the right wall is another Revive. Make sure that Shion and KOS-MOS are healed, and that either Shion or KOS-MOS has equipped the Coat-Lightning (the upcoming boss uses lightning attacks). Continue downward, through the door. Enjoy some more cinematics, and then a boss battle with a Minotaur. For the battle, I recommend killing the Sky Fish first. Also, the Minotaur is weak against KOS-MOS' beam attack, so I advise using KOS-MOS for attacking, and Shion for healing.
