| Author of above 3:: Eric Persson (ranter himself) Ok on the left there is Sarah Rainmaker she's the product of pencils and erratic sketching. I did this one in my Abnormal Psychology class when we were discussing suicide and depression hence the overall look to it. Some how it seems complete with just pencils and hey thats cool Im lazy and I didnt have to ink it. This is by no means one of my favorites nor one of my highlights to my so called 'talent'. It is however one that conveys emotion. next in the middle is Roxanne Spalding or Freefall and I have no idea why I did this one she was originally supposed to be thrown away but the more I cursed and the more I looked away from it the more I seemed to like it. This kind fo thing isnt what I usualy do, it isnt one of my mainstream works but it is my Father's favorite. That and the Caitlin Fairchild I did in color (I'm color blind). Next up on the end is poor ol' Backlash. Even though he's dead he's one of my faves and I did him chained like this cuz I felt hurt and helpless. Funny how when someone leaves your life you can feel great pain. I threw away the original...mistress has the only copy. I'm flattered she likes it but she likes everything I throw at her. This Backlash was supposed to look helpless and 'pathetic' but somehow a man that jacked doesnt seem to look completely helpless I nixed the idea for a background or anything else cuz he's supposed to be isolated and a lil hurt like the rips on his leg and arm and the smoke...look at his face though another emotion I wanted to convey was anger. when you cock the brow at forty degrees and use heavy amounts of black u can get anger real easily. This one was thrown away simply because I didnt want to be reminded about how I was powerless to stop this person from leaving me but so to is Backlash powerless, did you notice all of his weapons are missing? This guy is a weapons store and I stripped it all...he still seems self sufficient however theres too many mistakes in this one both art wise and the emotions arent conveyed too well.. |

| Here I have posted some of my own work or creations or whatever you want to call it and some of Eric's work as well....Isn't he good? He doesn't think so, but I'll change his opinion rather quickly. *cracks whip* (psst! Eric owns a rant on the main) I only have a few so far. Scanning can be a pain sometimes plus I have to actually feel like drawing. Ahh well...there will be more eventually. Sad to say, but I plan to add a lot more as soon I come out of my drawers block. (looks down) I just realized how much Eric wrote about his work... Isn't he great?! O_o <--amazed! I can't really say much about my artwork. Well what can I say...I just draw what I feel. Whatever mood I'm mood I'm in, this is what I get. The two works that are in color were done using simple drawing pencil. Tada, nothing fancy! ^_^ |
