This is the main reason Shine Noodles still maintain the traditional way of hand-make production ! Quality and unique product are is our mission ! Shine Noodles would like to share with you the art and talent in hand-make noodles of our grand!

These 'volcano' is made of flour! Inside the volcano are eggs' yolk.
These two materials are the major materials of hand-make noodles. With the traditional art of making, noodles produced give you the taste of: crisp and elastic, at the same time, you able to have the smell of the eggs aroma.

How to differential hand-make noodles, with other noodles?
Simple! When the dish serve, please wait for 5 minutes! The hand-make noodles will still maintaining its crisp and elastic taste.
How to differential noodles that made of eggs?
The aroma of the said noodles will tell you!
Eggs & Flour

The thickess of the membrane, is one of the major factors determine the taste of ravioli and dumpling!

From the picture: the yellow membrane is ravioli membrane and the white membrane is ordinary A4 size typing paper with the thickness of 70g/100. You notice that you are able to read the alphabet behind the ravioli membrane but not with the ordinary A4 size type paper! Which is thinner? You can differential them apparently!

The function of these two hardwood poles are the tools to make the membrane of ravioli and dumpling!

From first generation noodle master to the second generation, until now, Shine Noodles still using this tools and appling traditional scale to produce membrane of ravioli and dumpling. These hand-make membrane's thickness is even thinner than the membrane produce by machine. The rational behind is: thinner membrane give better taste to ravioli and dumpling!

Hardwood Pole

Picture shows the partial product of ravioli and dumbling membrane! (before cut into small pieces)

You are able to notice that the said membrane is rolled up by one of the hand-wood pole. Where is the other hand-wood pole? It function is to 'push' the membrane with the traditional art, and make it become thinner and thinner!

The finally product (membrane) become so thin that make it look like transparence!

The morning (around 9am) sunlight shining to the membrane, the alphabets are about 10cm away from the membrane. You still able to read the alphabets clearly!

Maybe, we can make use of this membrane to have a 'wayang kulit' show!
