About 40 years ago,
there are 3 great traditional hand-make noodles master in Ipoh.
The first generation master of Shine Noodles learned the art of hand- make noodle from one of these 3 masters
(as in-direct student).
(This hand-make noodle master is from 'PoonYi',
southern part of China).
Due to unknown reasons,
after these 3 masters retired,
their direct students doesn't retain this traditional art any more.
Today, Shine Noodles is the only family retained this traditional art in Ipoh!
Shine Noodles found at 1-5-1997; anyway,
since the first generation of hand-make noodle master (father and mother) start business until now,
Shine Noodles has more than 35 years experience in the sales and making of this traditional noodles.
In 1997, the father retain this traditional art by establish Shine Noodles
and make his son as student.
Since about 35 years ago,
the first generation hand-make noodles master followed the traditional way (hand make) to produce noodles.
Every afternoon, both couple start the production to prepare noodles,
membrane, meat, soup and other products.
Day after days, year after years,
they repeated the same sophisticate process with patient,
when time goes by,
their art in food preparing become mutual and very skillful!
