Sherri Emily was
born in Fall River, Massachusetts in 1966. She is Portuguese, English and French
Canadian. She is the oldest of 9 children and of Catholic religion. She has
three children, Christopher Alan (19), Michael Travis (17) and Stephanie Renee'
(15) , the loves of her life and they are the ones that inspire her to write.
Her ancestors come from England and Portugal. She is related to these famous
artist: George Harrison (Beatles)
her third cousin. Elizabeth
Cleghorn Gaskell (Famous English Writer) her great, great grandmother. Lord
Byron (Romantic English Poet) her great, great grandfather. She has
published many of her poems in poetry books around the world. There are too many
to name.
She says, "I love "God" very much! I feel without Him I would
not have the gift to write, He gave me this gift. I hope that in my
writings I can touch a soul, in some form or another." I thank the Lord for
all the gifts he has bestowed upon me through my life, and I look towards the
future with love, understanding and hope."
