| Professional development will play an essential role in the success of technology implementation. Therefore, the next step in developing the school�s technology plan is to address professional development concerns that emerged from the technology needs assessment survey. In this phase of the process, the site-based technology team will begin to make plans on how training will support the implementation of technology. To accommodate the needed timeline, the technology steering committee should appoint a subcommittee to study and address the planning and implementation of the professional development program. |
