MS PowerPoint Presentation topic: The importance of search engines and web research and how they enable you to find information by specifying keywords related to your topic of interest.

I chose my topic to be search engines and web research because they are something I use every day to do almost everything from finding information, look up definitions and random keyword searches when I am bored. Google and Wikipedia are two of my most visited sites. I enjoy Google’s clean search interface and relevant search results.

This index page was made in Microsoft Word; I created it like a regular document but saved it as a webpage. Its purpose is to introduce the subject and myself. The page linked below was created using html typed in notepad and contains a Youtube video, some information and links. The PowerPoint presentation all the material I gathered about search engines and has a large number of pictures.
