What is your Online Privacy Policy?
Online privacy is something that we take very seriously! Any information you submit will ONLY be used as per your request. We will never sell, trade or rent your personal information to any third party!

Which Shopping Cart service does your business use?
We use the PayPal shopping cart service for all our featured Regal items. So you can be sure that your purchases will be paid for with a secure online service (SSL). I have been a verified Paypal member for quite some time, selling also on Ebay.ca.

What if I have Cookies/Pop-ups blocked?

Using the Paypal shopping cart requires you to allow cookies for our site and Paypal's to be enabled. Cookies store the shopping cart information so that you can retreive it when you are ready to checkout! Our shopping cart service uses pop-ups. If you have them blocked, you will get a blank yellow screen after adding something to your cart. To continue to see what is in your cart, simply return back to a product page and click on "View My Cart".

What is your Returns Policy?

As an Independent Regal Sales Representative, I strictly follow Regal's 100% - 90 day return policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase/items, simply return them for a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot pay for the return shipping. Please email us at [email protected] before returning anything. And please return items in their original packaging if possible.

How will my order be shipped? How fast will it arrive?
Orders usually take between 7 - 14 days to arrive after payment has been received. This is due to the fact that we do not carry in-stock items. They are picked up at the Edmonton Sales Centre and then shipped directly to you. We ship all our orders by Canada Post.

How much are your shipping costs?
Shipping and handling is added to your order based on the total value of the order.

***If you live in the St. Paul, AB and community area and would like to pick up your order, shipping will be FREE on all orders. Just remember to mention this in the text box of the Paypal checkout, and the shipping amount will be deducted from your total. We do deliver orders in the
town of St. Paul, AB - no charge! ***
Payment Options
Payment can be made for your purchases using the following methods:

     *For our
featured products, purchase securely through our Paypal shopping cart!
     *For
any other products from the catalogue, there are several secure ways to make your purchase! Please read details below!
                *Fill out the
order form on our products page, submit your form and you will be sent a paypal invoice for your purchases.
                *Send us an
email with your order, including item no., quantity, price, and page no. for each item and we will send you an invoice for the total amount owing.
                *You can pay securely with your VISA or Mastercard without using Paypal. Either
online, by regular mail or by phone. Please include your order, name, address & phone number so that we can call for credit card information.
                 *Print out your order and mail it to us (see address below) with a cheque, money order, or credit card information.


Do You Accept Gift Orders?
We do allow gift orders from customers for their friends and family! After all, we are a online gift store! :o) If you are wanting to place an order as a gift, please specify which items are to be sent as a gift and we will wrap and mail them separately. We also include a gift card with the package - just inform us of the message by email! We will include on the outside of the box that the item received is a gift from you. This creates less confusion and questions from the gift receiver as to why the box was sent!  If you choose to send a gift, please print out a copy of the order as we don't mail a copy unless you request it! However, we do keep the order on file in case of returns.

What happens if a product is unavailable
?
If for some reason, the 2 companies we deal with do not have the item you have ordered, we will inform you of this by email immediately. You will be given the option to pay for the item with your order and wait until it becomes available or you can simply request that we email you when we have it in stock and then purchase the item at that time.

What taxes do we have to pay with our order?
Because we are located in Alberta, which has no sales tax, we do not charge PST/HST! We only charge GST on all orders!

What shopping "Canadian" means in our store?
Shopping Canadian in our store does not mean that all our products were made in Canada. It simply means that we are a Canadian company catering to Canadian customers. All product prices listed in our store are in Canadian dollars. However, we do also sell items that were made in Canada - please look for the small maple leaf beside the product (in our catalogue) for these items!

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Contact us by email or phone to let us know that you want to cancel and we will let you know if the order has been shipped or not!

Does your website offer service to both English and French Canadians?
Yes, definitely! I have been a French teacher for 9 years now, and my husband is from Quebec, and we are both fluently bilingual! So if you would like communications to be done in French, just let us know in your email and we will be glad to accomodate you!
