I am working as a consultant for IBM whose office is located at SaltLake Electronics Complex Calcutta.
My childhood schooling history is very big as I did my initial schooling upto KGII in The Rose school in Nabagram, Konnagar. After that we all went to Libya where we stayed till I was in class six. There I attended Indian Community School an institution run by the Indian Embassy. After returning to India in 1983, I completed my Madhyamik exams from Vani Bharati, Rishra. Then joined Serampore College for my plus two exams. It was a very nice place. The location was exotic just by the river Ganga, with the green fields and old majestic buildings. Incidentally it is here that I met the best friend of my life Kaushik Neogy. After completing my HS I went to Jadavpur University to do my grads in Electronics and Telecom Engg.
My first job was in CMC Ltd. I have got some very fond memories there. I worked there for almost two years. After that I joined Pricewaterhouse Coopers where I stayed for another five years before its Consultancy wing was acquisitioned by IBM.
